It is not the best unit I've used. There is no pressure retention in the unit. Trying to use up one Mini CO2 cartridge, I used up all the CO2 cartridges provided The keg. I bought several more cartridges for my printer A similar result has been achieved. We received poor technical support, which was totally inept and didn't understand what this unit was all about. I had to explain to her how this unit worked and what it was, and she still didn't As far as I can tell, the "O" ring that seals the CO2 Cartridge into the unit is/was of poor quality and does not seem to retain its shape. Once compressed, the "O" ring does not return to its original shape (bounce back), resulting in the seal being lost. This then causes a leak in the cartridge and a failed dispenser. Could it be that the "O" rings are old? It is standard procedure for me to turn off the pressure when I have not poured any beer since buying the machine. By ensuring that gas leaks are eliminated downstream of the pressure shut off valve (at keg connections and so on), the gas pressure spikes will be eliminated. A problem that I have encountered is that the owner's manual is generally pretty bad as well as the Perhaps it is a direct translation from the A recommendation of this unit will be hard to come by. S. we don't have 5 Liter Kegs. What a fantastic product! It does exactly what it says on the tin. I just wanted to let you know that in the US, 5 liter kegs are not that common. The problem is getting that favorite beverage in a 5 liter(or mini keg) is a daunting task requiring some serious effort. If you are in the United States, buy the next size up.

I found setting up and using it fairly easy. I would recommend using a mug out of the freezer if you like your beer ice cold. The only two things against it are the temps don't get much colder than 37 degrees. Another problem, and this is not a problem with the product or company, is liquor stores don't refer to these kegs by their actual size and call them by different names, making it quite difficult to find one that would fit, but I plan to do some research to remedy.
