The trays I use for thawing meat which are in my fridge can be found in my home kitchen. Juices cannot be contaminated by other items in the refrigerator if contained in this container. There is enough space to fit a large pork shoulder or brisket in this grill.
The inside is uneven. Little sharp points dotted the surface. The razor blade smoothed them down so I have a smooth surface to work with.
It was excellent.
Shipped pretty quickly after ordering and item was exactly as described.
Having just received mine in the mail, I noticed the first thing is the warning label that this product contains a chemical known to cause birth defects and fertility problems There is still more reproductive harm to be done. There is no way I can trust this to hold my food.
At first, I purchased this item for a totally different, other non-food related purpose, but it's so durable I decided to use it for what it was intended for. This is a great size for storing cold food.
