I like this product but you can't use it. It doesn't matter if they are not UL-certified, just don't let the inspector see the backside of it.
You can drill a hole into metal to attach a ground wire that is attached to the device being installed if the area where the ground is needed does not have a screw hole.
It is not a good idea to use these with the intent of passing It's a matter of time before they.
These are great, and they are very affordable and work great for installing satellite internet equipment on the ground. The process is much more efficient than using a drill or self-tapping screw and following it up with a ground screw.
It works best with a nut driver rather than a Phillips tool since it will strip out the Phillips bit.
