I wish I had used the stainless bolts but I had to get another size because one of the fittings that I bought on Amazon stated that I needed M5 volts, but it turned out that I needed M8 so I had to return them. In general, they're of decent quality that kind of say if I needed an M5, they would have had a chance.
I don't know what more you could want. I have not had any issues with the ones I've used so far. They are M5 screws.
On my bicycle, screws like these are used at a number of locations. There are times when they get loose and the whole thing falls apart. I appreciate these being replacements for my old ones.
