Is the rubber washer included in the package or do you have to buy it separately?

It's not possible for me to know since they have not been delivered yet. The truth is, I don't think they do. As far as I am concerned, the head is large enough not to need a washer!

To assemble some benches in my backyard, I decided to use these bolts more as a subtle solution, and the mostly flat head works just fine so that you can hardly notice them when sitting on the bench.

These are the same ones you can buy at your local hardware store. I just wanted to provide a tip Stainless is not a good material for driver bits. If you want to prevent ruining them, use the right bit.
