A continuous connection is available at all terminals. In order to install a 12 volt solar panel, I needed both positive and negative feed distribution. ?

The terminals are all connected, yes. The barrier strip in the middle of the common connection can be removed, however, thereby changing the electrical connection. If you would like to buy two of them, I would do so. Two for positive feedback and two for negative feedback.

This is an effective way to bring those power distribution or ground wires together

This is a great way to connect the ground in your projects and the power in your project. Mine is split using pinned adapters, which can be angled or cut independently so that it can operate in a variety of configurations.
