As a first point, I would like to stress that these work really well. It is extremely helpful that they come with resistors that match the voltage of the cable. They are a strong color and very You can't believe that they are only 2mm wide when you look at them. It's easy for the colors to change. As soon as you turn on the power to several of them in succession, and set them up in a row, they all run in almost perfect synchronization, slightly out of sync. In contrast, if you spread them out, you do not have any trouble noticing. Even if you are completely neurotic (like me), you may not notice the bundle when the emails are sent This is such a small amount. This has more colors than what I show in the photos and the pictures are crystal This little wireless speaker has a very bright side and a very dim side. The following is an update as of I updated this review as I just bought the $30 multi pack, so I uploaded a few more pictures to show how this looks on my RG Nu Gundam and RG Sazabi. I have since learned that I prefer using the battery of a 3V coin battery over the cable of an old iPhone. Due to the fact that these SMDs operate at 3 volts, I don't need to add a resistor. If anyone is wondering if I had to modify my RG Sazabi at all for the SMD to fit, the answer is no. The SMD I secured in there was simply secured with magnet wire (the thinnest wire you could get). Since the head is empty within the cockpit, I simply had to have the wire secure. I used before and after photos to show how the magnet wire and 3V coin worked. As I learn and grow, I will be able to do this better. As for the RG Nu Gundam, I used a pin vise and drilled a small hole into the clear plastic piece used for the eyes. The magnet wire fit easily into the hole and I was able to run it non stop for about a full week before the glowing stopped. I'm currently building a custom MG Sazabi one and playing with these to light everything up. I am reviewing the following first My drawer has been overflowing with these for a few months now. I finally used them today after they sat for a while. Because most Gundam kits do not have the option of placing a normal LED within them, I had to turn to these tiny SMDs. There's very little you have to do other than find a power source for it. I'm surprised at how bright this thing is for its size. I found the kit to be quite easy to assemble. In order to do this, I simply used the power and ground from an old phone cable. The voltage outputted by this device was 5V, as verified by my multimeter. There are a number of resistors in the kit, each with a different voltage rating, so I only had to choose the one in the 5V range since I have a 5V power supply. found the information on the internet but do not have any experience with electronics. In this kit, a resistor is not clearly labeled. If it wasn't, I would not know what resistor to use. I, however, have become curious after seeing this work and want to learn more in order to create my own Gunpla in the future. A circuit like this is probably the easiest to build. It was easier to assemble this since everything was pre-soldered, and the resistors were clearly labeled with the type to use for your power supply. Please note At the moment I'm still working on the setup in the picture, so I'm not quite done. There will be longer wires and wires that will be covered or insulated with electric tape as well. It was just me taking a picture to see if it worked.
