Having just tested mine, it seems to work fine as a dry contact, no leaks.

Which part number should I use to replace the pop-outtop relay only that is 24 vacuum DC?

Currently, the relay on the top pop out does not have a part number. A relay is supplied in a whole unit designed to be mounted on a DIN rail.

SSRs are usually used for PWM, but is this one?

Unlike solid-state relays, this relay consists of contacts and a coil, and has no electronic components inside. I don't think this would work very well in an application like PMW.

This works like a charm. Unlike relays that can be swapped out if they malfunction, the relay itself can be easily repaired. It's not quite tall enough to fit inside my enclosure, so I gave it one ding for being taller than it really needs to be.
