How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Steel tools with high speed are excellent for general-purpose applications. They are tough and hard to wear, and are usually well suited for general-purpose tasks
By treating the tools with black oxide, they become lubricious and create small pockets of coolant on the surface, where the cutting edge is.
Having a round shank makes it possible to use virtually any tool holding system
If a spiral fluted tool is used counterclockwise (right hand cut), it evacuates chips from up and out of the cut to minimize
The thread length for this project is 9375 inches

Amazing! Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had
5/5

The purpose of buying this is to turn it into a grinder using steel plates and square tubes. The set from Harbor Freight didn't seem to be up to the task, especially since it had to tap a number of holes. I was able to tap dozens of holes in 1/4 and 3/8" steel with this little tool. The tap was excellent throughout the project, even when I lost a couple of drill bits en route.

You can tap without a second thought! Having read the reviews, I decided to give this tap a try
5/5

A handwheel made of aluminum cast is tapped and bore to operate shaved ice machines. A fluted tap is what I used to use, but this was outstanding! I faced almost no resistance when tapping on the lathe during the cutting process. It didn't matter which way I turned it, I was able to do it in no time.

The cast is like butter when cut
5/5

This cast iron was so smooth to cut threads in that I was able to cut into it without a scratch. Also, I had to fix a few threads that had been warped by welding heat, and this tap fastened them back together without a problem.

You've done a good job
5/5

Although it appears to be of good quality, I will still have to return it since it does not meet NPT guidelines.

Chip ejection works perfectly in one pass when spiral flutes are used
5/5

In contrast, if spiral flutes are not used, you will be wasting time. Despite their price, these are worth every penny. There's no need to force the chips back down when the entire thread is ejected in one pass?.

It is great to have this I think this is the best tap I have ever The only thing left for me is to have a spiral tap with more thread pitches than currently exists
5/5

I am very satisfied with this product, at a very reasonable price. It already paid for itself on the first use tapping stainless steel.
