There are two taps that are tapered in shape.
7/16" square is the approximate size. It should fit in a 13mm 12 point socket, I believe.
3 5/16" is the overall length.
The thread is started with a taper, and the thread is finished with a plug type.

On some custom headers with bad threads from the factory, I had an O2 bung. It was either rethread it or cut it out and weld a new one in, which was not an option on new headers. The tapered tapping one was just what they needed to get them going again, and using the other to chase the threads got the O2 sensor in no time. This was exactly what was required for the job.
In order to install an oxygen sender, I needed to modify an exhaust manifold. The tap performed admirably in the task at hand.
The cost was reasonable, and the product performed admirably.
It's the tap that O2 sensor bungs require.
