My needs were met by this product
5/5

As the material is high speed steel, it will wear faster than carbide if used on wood (or sheet metal, which I would not In my case, however, I had to get the perfect 60 degree internal chamfer on PTFE tubing for a 3D printer, and for that purpose, I highly recommend it, since it is very durable and likely to last a lifetime. It is unlikely that this bit will ever dull while cutting PTFE, so as to put it into the toolkit, it will be able to function for a very long time.

The order arrived a few days late and the wrong item was shipped
3/5

The person on the other end of the line could not distinguish between "30" and "40" so they sent me both "40"s and no "30". A delay in completing the work I need to be done is preventing it. If I had just eaten the shipping from Aircraft Spruce, my shipping bill would be smaller.

In a tough situation, this tool comes in handy Find the size of the countersink (60 degrees)

It cuts well on steel and brass, and is very sturdy.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake
3/5

As a result of using this well-made item, I learned that a 1/4" rivet with a top angle of 100 degrees corresponds with a diameter that is If I would have needed something a bit of 1/2" diameter would have been sufficient. The largest diameter this bit will cut is Try to be a wiser person As far as the size of the hole goes, 7/16" should do the job.

The bit for the counter sink is very strong and sharp
5/5

A great counter sinking bit with a 60 degree angle. However, the bit is much larger than expected, so it still works well for counter sinking. The noun phrase 158 and is composed of. The holes on the 416 stainless steel are 200" in diameter.

There is only one 1/2 inch diameter size available for this one, which will be good for screws with a large head diameter
5/5

The item exactly met the description. The only negative review I read I discounted because the person stated that they missed out on what they ordered, but did not mention what they received instead. There is only one thing I can think of, despite the fact that they asked for a 1/2 inch countersink. There is a 1/2 inch body on this screw head, so you'll need a screw with a major head diameter of less than 1/2 inch. Furthermore, most screws in the United States are designed with an 82-degree angle rather than a 100-degree Despite my purchase being expensive, I am happy with it.

It is rusted
3/5

Are you serious? The shaft of this product arrived with a little rust on it, and the cutting surfaces had a protective rubber coating. Once I peeled off the "protective" surface, I discovered more rust in the cutting area than on the shaft itself. People, are you really serious? It should not be possible for a new tool to arrive in such poor condition. seems to be cutting well (I've only used it on aluminum so far, not steel) but I don't think I'm expecting it to last long if it arrives in the condition it did.

Its seat is made of lug nuts
5/5

In the process of making a set of steel wheels we made a new bolt pattern. A total of 20 sinks I still have a sharp mind.
