Questions & Answers
How similar or interchangeable are the locking surfaces of the two included strips?
There's no difference between them. However, the "grip strength" of velcro was not as good as I had anticipated.
In order to stick my outdoor furniture cushions on the furniture, I will need a glue gun. What are the chances that the adhesive will stick to my Do the wood pieces of furniture look good?
If I want the contact cement to stick permanently, I use it in conjunction with Loctite super glue. Whenever I put contact cement on either side of the tape, it's evenly spread and just before I place it on the surface, I put a little bit of super glue on top. Attachment with the super glue occurs immediately, and with the contact cement after 24 hours. Compared to velcro, they are much quieter.
Selected User Reviews For 3M Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener TB4575, Black, 1 in x 10 ft
Make sure you are aware! It's a fake and misleading ad! pictures, you can see the good 3M fasteners, which are quite different from the ones shown here
Additionally, these are often packaged as generic "trial packs", which in itself is troubling. In my case, I used the 3M legit stuff to hang a significant portion of the drapes to the ceiling, and they stuck and held for five years The average price for these is 10x that of these. There is no adhesive to adhere to these locks and even with a total of six supports to hold up 12 pounds, they simply fall off the ceiling. The locks themselves are fairly easy to remove as well, just by applying slight pressure. My guess is that it may just not be the one pictured, but I think it's unlikely it's the real deal. It may be useful if you want to hold only 1 or 2 things at once like this You can hold 2lbs on this product and a length of the product is going to be necessary to do so. Would it be possible to hang posters from it? Unsure of even what to say. In the picture you can find the product description (left) and my current setup (right) in comparison to what they sent to me. The adhesive is clearly able to hold half as much as the fasteners, but they are absolutely useless when it comes to holding heavy loads.

These pedals are perfect for your pedalboard
It comes with two packages 1 with 2-artwork, and 1 with 3-artwork The rolls are 10' long. In other words, I had enough to cover my Pedaltrain Pro pedalboard, the 17 pedals that I have on it, and still had a few feet left to add more to it. *Secondly, Velcro is an extremely invasive adhesive, and you only need a little of it. The problem with this is that you may have a hard time praying it away if you use too much. There is such a strong connection between them. Quality stuff of the highest order! Finally, the low profile pedals were great for attaching all of the pedals except one. The pedals are kept very low and are very securely mounted to the board.
I wish I'd discovered this many Don't put it back once you've got it.

This is only suitable for items that will be vertically mounted (or flat on a table), not for items that will be mounted upside down
Similar to two pieces of the rough side of velcro, this product has two pieces of the rough side. The first time I received this product, I thought they had mistakenly sent me two rough sides. However, the velcro is a bit different. You can use this if the item you want to mount on a table will mount vertically or flat. In the case of mounting things upside down, they won't work as well as they should. Since the two pieces of the product are so attached, once you secure them together, they will not separate easily, no matter how tightly they are pressed together. The two pieces will not easily separate, for example, if you pull them in opposite directions (similar to a tug of war). When you lift the top piece off of the sandwich (like lifting the top piece of bread off the sandwich), you will find that you can separate them That may or may not be a good consideration, depending on how you intend to utilize it. This is a nice feature since they mount very thinly.
One half of what was ordered
There were only two rolls of hooks material, I really expected male and female rolls, like a hook and fuzz roll, since you have to have both in order to use the My plan was to get both at Michael's, but instead I got a pack with both, so now this is of no use.

It's cool to use technology. There is a lot of cool stuff here. Using it on a mini pedalboard that weighs around 15 pounds is easy for me The weight is 20 pounds. By using this stuff, I can grab a nano pedal and pick up an entire board by just pressing a single pedal, shake and jiggle it around without the board coming off its solid ground. I do have issues with my pedals coming off if I step on a cable near the board. If you just roll the pedals to the side, rather than pulling them upward, the dual lock comes apart a lot easier. There isn't such a problem getting it off in this manner as some claim, but it does hold very well, and when sitting around, its handling of pet hair/dust isn't too bad. Compared to Velcro, I think it is a vast improvement. Using a hair dryer, I heated the dual lock and the metal surfaces I wanted to adhere it to each using a lint roller, then I put the glue on when it was hot, then I waited for it to set eight to ten hours You must wait 12 hours, (24 is recommended) before you put the pedals on the board. I have had issues with the adhesive failing on foam pads on pedals and when using standard Velcro on metal bits, but have had no problems with the adhesive on the dual lock. I would highly recommend this over Velcro unless you need to secure something that you are going to remove repeatedly. This is partially because I applied it in a certain manner and partly because it has great adhesive. You should constantly re-invest in it, if that's your intention Whether you're rearranging or securing things, industrial grade Velcro might be the best choice. Whenever you are dealing with semipermanent items, dual locks come in handy.

I really like this product, but I have to say it is quite expensive
The product works great in all applications when you want to attach something to a surface that you do not want to damage by drilling holes into. Here is the downside It is not cheap. Among the things I attach to furniture with it are USB chargers, home automation sensors, aluminum channels with LED strips, and so forth. There's no damage/no damage to the surface beneath because it holds onto the surface well, it's easy to remove, and it's easy to remove. Generally, I do not attach this to painted surfaces because I am assuming that the paint would likely be damaged.

It's really cool to use Dual Lock
However, you must keep in mind that the low-income area Here is the version of the profile. It's really cool to use Dual Lock. However, you must keep in mind that the low-income area A version of the profile isn't as nice as a normal version - A version of the thickness While it can mate with some force, it does not have the same kind of pleasing snap or snappy "click" when it actually mates, which makes it harder to recognize Although it is not the thinnest, it is still better than anything else.

This is a load of I wouldn't recommend using this for a guitar / bass pedal board
The idea is great - but the design is not right. If you use the same surface, it is easier to grip your child than Velcro which requires two separate There are two types of hooks hooks and loops. These materials are the only ones that do not Whenever I hold my pedal board sideways, the pedals all fall off (most of them are MINI pedals too. It should be no more than eight ounces! The useless materials are now left over in about 10 feet of length. Heaviness / the strength of an industrial one The only thing you can do to pedal boards other than nail or screw them down is use duty Velcro.
