In fact, yes. The text is hard to make out in the thumbnail picture because it is dark blue against black, but on each roll it says "70 YDS". Clearly, when you've got two of them, you get 140 yards.
As for the adhesive, it is not likely to be electrically conductive. However, the aluminum tape might be. Please, do not use it to insulate electrical systems. Using electrical tape is the simplest solution.

Since the adhesive on the tape is very tacky, you should be able to mount this on a square vent if you clean the area around the vent.

It is a paper thin aluminum tape that cannot be used for HVAC This construction tape is thinner than some construction tapes ["but 33% longer"] and has half the adhesion of some other construction tapes. I found it with NO NAME, NO UL rating and no information about temperature ranges or moisture. I could not find any imprint It is easy to tear or poke holes in it. UL181 tapes are what I am referring to if you have ever used them. It is beyond my comprehension as to how this tape got a five (5)-star rating. A professional grade is the highest level. The ratings are not required. If you do not have the ratings, you will fail any and every inspection for framing and This is just a hobby project.
Rather, peel three slices off at a time Initially, peel away about 4 inches of backing. As you continue wrapping, you will peel off more backing. In my basement, this was used to seal off joints in heating lines. It is very effective at adhering to aluminum plenums. * Highly durable. With the results, I am very pleased.
Duct tape is a classic mistake, and I made it, as usual. I attempted to fix the leaks in our ducts using duct tape, which was NOT really for ducts the first two times. There is no way to hold duct tape. I liked this stuff very much! Easily navigated once you get it started (once you get it going -- It has to be possible to remove the backing from the tape), it sticks well, and it can stretch to conform to various shapes. It has everything you could want. If I could rate it 10,.
As masking tape, this tape works just fine for me. I don't use it for its intended purpose. My job is to construct live edge slab furniture, so I need to use epoxy to fill cracks and voids that penetrate the slab. I don't have to worry about leaks and a messy cleanup when I use this kind of tape because it adheres very well to wood and to itself. Aluminum tape can also be removed very easily with this tape.
I have used different brands and found them to be effective. We think this is the best product we've ever had. I was able to adhere to every surface I tested. My 5th wheel RV had very weak insulation under the floor. I reinforced it with it. gushed over how much better the tape was than previous products several times as I worked with it. It is far from my opinion that this product is a dud and I would repurchase if necessary. The delivery was fast as well.
This tape is being used to wrap an aluminum pipe with bubble wrap in order to insulate my portable A/C exhaust hose to prevent heat loss. Because I had never used this kind of tape before, I was expecting a difficult time using it. But I found it actually The key to cutting your segments of aluminum tape from the paper backing is to cut them in a shorter segment so you can peel off the paper backing without having to start again once you have separated the aluminum tape from the paper backing. After applying the tape, it holds securely in place and is very flexible. Whenever you need to insulate pipes or hoses, this product is recommended.
Despite these amazing qualities, I was afraid of reporting my AC as being jinxed if I wrote a review of it. My portable air conditioner has a hose that falls off it all the time, so I have to tighten it constantly. All the masking tapes I tried, including Gorilla tape, failed to do the trick. Secondly, I read that you need an insulating tape that has metallic properties because the heat that goes through the coil is extreme, so I bought Reflectix Reflective Insulating I rolled it 4 times and it fell off as well. As a result, I was able to apply the PRO GRADE TAPE with the assistance of my roommate. The sticky nature of this tape makes it easier to handle with all four hands, as it won't stick to itself when you take it The Internet research I did, combined with a simple question on Amazon, helped me come to an informed decision. The whole thing is almost the length of a football field, so I still have plenty of time.
An adhesive failure was observed at the tape joints when polyisocyanurate rigid insulations had foil facings. There is a problem with foil tape separating within 24 hours in a home at 70 degrees, even when joints are cleaned with denatured alcohol and tape is applied the next day. As a replacement for older foil tape that was doing the same thing, I purchased this tape.
