Questions & Answers

What do you think?

There is no doubt in my mind.

Is it possible to release expanding foam from a plaster mold with this method?

Due to the chemical reaction a release agent would cause with expanding foam, I am not sure what the end result would be.

Are you able to use it for cement plants?

Until now, I haven't used it

There is a risk of it being toxic, leaving a cloudy or frosty effect, as well
3/5

I'll admit that I used this once and did not notice a difference in the ease with which it released Basically it was the same thing, except I had to spray nasty chemicals into I finally used mold release after hearing everyone say it would help, but it didn't work. In addition, I constantly read that some of these affect the clarity of resin, leaving a misty or cloudy look that can be difficult to remove. The only time I use this is if I KNOW there is a mold that will be difficult to remove and I take all precautions to protect myself. I. P. Master of Fine Arts) In the past few years, I've been experiencing health issues that have been linked to chemicals and I did years of research proving their link to my problems. It took much time to determine whether I would stop making art, change my medium, or drastically reduce In the end, I decided on the latter The decision is my own. I can't return owing to the time difference and the fact that I can't go back right now. I feel as if I may as well create art that I love while I regain my health. The majority of companies do not give you enough information to make an informed choice. It is imperative that everyone is well informed and that they are given the opportunity to make an informed choice.

YOU CAN SAVE We were in good faith when we bought this, but were unable to return it via A film is left on the mold, which is transferred onto the resin product, making it appear The resin is not shining correctly, as there is residue from the rubbing
3/5

To make matters worse, it does not release the resin from the mold any better than not using it. After using this useless piece of equipment, I had to work like crazy once more to get my projects to release from the molds. I lost a lot of money.

In the same way as glue adheres to the product, the mold adheres to the product
3/5

That's all right. A glue stick. The mold release had no effect at all. In my case, I now have the carbon fiber product fully glued to the rubber This is awesome. Due to COVID, I was unable to buy another roll of fabric owing to the loss of hundreds of dollars of carbon fiber.

This is a great product
5/5

Silicone molds are a great fit for this solution. Ensure that a light coat is sprayed evenly. You must not allow puddles to form. Overspraying will cause epoxy to pool and you will be left with indents and voids in that area. It is pour 15 with the same cheap silicone mold for rolling trays that I used for pour 14. Whenever I peel them off, they easily come off.

This worked well when I used it to make an epoxy river table! The epoxy came out of the mold like a champ! The next time I use this, it will be the first.

The resin works well with it, but it doesn't leave a smooth surface.
