Product Description

COMPATIBILITY --- MK-8 Extruder Feeder Drive All Metal 1. Filament in the size of 75 mm. It makes loading the filament easier and more fluid, with no scraping or breaking of the filament to worry about. Almost all 3D printer models are compatible with this extruder feeder drive. Stepper motors and other mounting hardware do not need to be replaced.
UPGRADE METAL EXTRRUDER---The Creality3D silver metal Bowden extruder is a replacement for the previous model's plastic extruder. "Metal Anodised Aluminum" is a great upgrade for your Creality 3D Printer Extruder. The under extrusion problem can be solved with an upgrade to the extruder drive. Even more so than the RED metal extruder, the silver extruder feeds more smoothly. The Creality Official Upgrade Extruder is a great alternative.
WORK BETTER--- The extruder drive has a higher pressure pushing the filament into the printer nozzle, which improves the printer's performance. Our extruder kits come with an adjustable bolt that allows you to adjust the extruder gear's pressure as needed. It outperforms the plastic version that comes with most printers. It supports the printing of both flexible and rigid plastic filaments.
QUICK AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE--- Our metal extruder kit comes with all of the necessary screws. The assembly diagram will help you put it together quickly.
OFFICIAL HIGH QUALITY--- Our extruder kit is made of a full metal aluminum alloy, which makes it more stable and long-lasting. It also has a higher pressure pushing the filament into the printer nozzle, which helps the printer perform better. Creality is a brand you can trust, with this high-quality all-aluminum construction that will last for years.

Is this going to work on my cr6 se? Bi rui kun said "yes" and "no," making him appear perplexed or ignorant?

I'm looking for a new extruder for my machine as well, and I'm not sure why this wouldn't work. I'm curious as to why it won't work on the cr6-based system.

Is it compatible with ender-? In April of 2021, 5 plus was purchased? Some aftermarket extruders, for example, will not work. ?

Yes, Ender can be used with it. 5 Plus

Is this a dual-gear extruder, like the ones in the red?

On a CR-80, the extruder upgrade is perfect
5/5

6 SE. On a CR-80, the extruder upgrade is perfect. 6 SE is an upgrade that is well worth it. The brass gear in the stock extruder was worn out, and dismantling it to service it is a huge pain. It's also difficult to put back together and made of low-cost plastic. The M3 X 18 SHCS screw included in the kit is a little short, but there is a longer M3 X 18 SHCS screw on the CR-100. 6 SE stock extruders that can be trimmed to get the right length screw. I was able to use the M3 X 18 SHCS screw that came with the kit, but I made sure not to overtighten it. br>br>In the Q, the seller This, according to A, will not fit on a CR- For some reason, the number 6 SE is used. This upgrade appears to be in perfect working order.

It wasn't the best option because it didn't come with everything you'd need to get started
3/5

So, given how inexpensive all of the "creativity brand upgrades" are, why aren't they included in the printer purchase price? I've had to upgrade this, the build plate, the board, and add bl touch, and I'd gladly pay an extra $75 to avoid wasting 7 days of print time and $40 in filament due to failed prints due to subpar parts. This product was okay, but it didn't come with all of the screws, so I had to go to a hardware store to put it back together and get it working again.

Better than the stock or red version, but not ideal for upgrading the Creality direct drive
4/5

On a Creality CR-100, I'm using Creality direct drive conversion. 10 mini. The hole in the direct drive bracket is too small for the bowden coupler to fit through with it screwed in, so you can't line up the extruder mounting holes. br>br>Fortunately, the extruder has a recessed part that fits the bowden tube and holds it in place without the use of the connector. Because of the way the tube is installed on the direct drive mod, it can't really move around when cut to the correct length, so it's not an issue. Prior to this, I was using a Creality red extruder that came with the direct drive kit, but I found it lacked tension and occasionally slipped during retracts. This version has adjustable spring tension and appears to eliminate slipping, but it's a little difficult to adjust the tension if you have the direct drive bracket because the screw is hidden beneath the bracket. Because there's a mounting screw right next to it that you need to get to, you can't adjust it before installing it. br>br>In general, this is a good product for most people with standard bowden setups, which is what the majority of people will use.

I couldn't believe how much better it was than I had expected! I wanted to be able to print with the TPU filament I had purchased, so I bought these
5/5

I wasn't aware at the time that there were various types of TPU filament, such as type 85, 95, and so on. I discovered that I was using the most flexible filament type, and it handled it flawlessly. I only had to make a few tweaks to my slicing software, and I was in heaven. br>br>I also bought some 95a, which performed admirably even with retractions. I was so pleased with it that I bought a second one to replace my Voxelab Aquila, which was also simple to install. The first was installed on my Creality Ender 3 Max, which was also simple to set up and performs better than the stock extruder. Despite the fact that it was not double geared, it performed admirably. This extruder has exceeded my expectations, and I would strongly recommend it!.

For a brief moment, the M3 rivet nut perplexed me
5/5

It took me a while to realize that the m4 screw and m3 rivet nut were there on purpose so that you could back off the m4 screw to adjust the spring tension. br>br>On my Ender 5 Plus, the product works perfectly.

Overall, the kit works, but it's less expensive here (the pivot screw is so short that it will strip out of the case before it can get tight)

It works perfectly, but the instructions are only in the form of a photograph
4/5

The product is of much higher quality than the plastic factory alternatives (mine had a groove in it from friction feeding through PLA). br>br>The product's instructions aren't great because they're just a picture, but they're not difficult to understand. br>br>The method for adjusting the extruder spring tension is the only reason I gave it one star. It's the screw's head, which is small enough to fit inside the spring. A small washer might be able to help. br>br>Aside from that, everything has been great, and the upgraded spring was a big help with the tension, even at the lowest level.

It's fine; I'm not sure I'd call it a performance upgrade in terms of print quality, but it is better than the original plastic one in terms of durability
4/5

On an Ender 5 Plus, it was installed. It'll only take you ten minutes to make the change. Note: If you watch the instructional video linked in the Amazon product description, you'll notice that the part about where and how to install the m3 rivet nut is missing. This is necessary if you want the spring tension adjustment to work properly. There is a diagram in the paper instructions that shows where it should go. Alternatively, you could simply use your old one as a guide. There's nothing to be concerned about. My machine was also compatible with the included hardware. However, some reviewers claimed that the screws were missing or were too short, so your mileage may vary. p. br>br>p. br>br>p. br>br>p Comgrow provided the Ender 5 I have. The stepper shaft is pressed on to the brass stepper extruder pulley that came standard with my machine. It does not have grub screws or a D shaft. As a result, I had to start all over again. Instead of the brass pulley that came with this'upgrade, use the one that came with my machine. Don't be concerned if yours is similar. There should be no compatibility issues because they are the same size. br>br>I also discovered that the extruder was deforming my filament even when the spring tensioner was completely backed out/loose, which caused skipping issues. In the bowden tube, the deformed filament was dangling. Removing the rivet nut gave me a little more room to relax the tension, but now my extruder is unadjustable. According to what I've read, I'm not the only one who has this problem with Ender printers. Just keep in mind that to get good results, you'll need to fiddle with the tensioner spring.
