Metal Leveling Nuts Made from aluminum alloy, these nuts are resistant to corrosion and rust, so they offer more power and are easier to twist than plastic nuts, making the hotbed more stable and leveling the printer platform easier.
This is the Original Upgraded All Metal MK-8 Extruder Feeder Drive part for Ender 3 / Ender 3 Pro / Ender 5 / Ender 5 Pro / Ender 5 Plus / CR-10 Pro V2 / CR-10S Pro V2. The loading of the filament is thus made easier and smoother, so there is no risk of scraped or damaged filament.
Bowden PTFE tube 1 meter Capricorn XS Series Capricorn tubing is a far better alternative to the white PTFE tubing supplied with any 3D printer.
The new bed-level springs have been improved. They are stronger and more accurate, and the bed cannot slip easily.
Questions & Answers
I don't see the Ender 3 V2 in the list. ?
In short, yes. Using this as an upgrade package, it worked directly on my Ender 3 version 2. A few notes This switch will cause you to lose the hot end cable retainer pocket that comes with In order to work around this problem, I zip tied my cable harness to the tension spring. Also, I think it would be a good idea to apply a tiny bit of PTFE tape to the pneumatic fitting that goes into the metal frame of the extruder. prevents galling due to the metal on metal tapered threads, and I did it out of habit rather than necessity. Please accept my sincere apologies in advance.

The pack is on! At the same time that I purchased my new Ender 3V2, I bought this pack
You will find that it includes an easy-to-use menu system that provides the features you need to deal with most common Ender printer problems Please do not censor the contents of this site. The springs of the bed must be strong and tight The metal knobs on the beds Tubing manufactured by Capricorn A new set of Bowden Holders
The all metal Extruder has one big flaw I wish to warn you about. During the installation of the filament Extruder module, I screwed the spring screw all the way in without realizing that it should only be screwed until the spring moves. It may be helpful to loosen the spring screw if you hear the filament extruder "click. ".

There's a lot of good stuff here
It was installed on the Ender 3 version 2. A bed leveling spring and adjuster wheels are wonderful (just understand that the springs cause the bed to ride higher- In other words, you must move up your z stop switch and bracket or else the glass bed may be damaged. A bracket for your wiring will be destroyed, but there are instructions for how to replace it online. A few hours after printing, a coupler chewed into the tube and it began moving during the printing process. After that, the gear on the feeder would chew into the filament, resulting in a failed print. I calibrated the e-coupling on the hot end and the other coupler on the hot end held up just fine It happened while printing at 35%, and I was still in the middle of the step. It was a beautiful print prior to the failure of the tube and the Nevertheless, I will need to purchase a new tube and a new set of couplings- My goal is to find better couplers this time around!.

Generally these prints are fantastic, but they bite too hard
I purchased this mainly to replace the extrusion feeder assembly on my Creality Ender 3 V2, after the gears stopped retracting and extruding filament correctly There is a 1-inch gap between the gears and the filament that they bite into As well, when replacing the extruder tubing, I noticed that where the tube connects with the nozzle inside the heat block, that is was slightly damaged. Around the edges, there was black gunky filament (I've only ever used white filament previously). In my experience, PTFE tubing is easily coupled to a nozzle and I have not encountered any print issues. A month after being mated, I found no gunk on Among the pros A failure in instructions for assembly of extrusion feeder (if you can even call the small, worthless document that comes with the feeder instructions instructions)
Gears biting into filament
No opportunity to reduce tension causing "biting", can only be increased.

For a Ender 5 Plus, it might not work quite right
I think the metal extruder is an excellent upgrade, but the stock springs that came with my Ender 5 Plus seem to be about the same.

Ender 3v2 is too big for the springs
If you want to print something, you'll have to do so. As I didn't have any issues with the stock springs, I didn't plan to use them. There is always talk about how much better these are because they are flatter and stronger. I do understand what you mean by flat. If I cut them short they are no longer flat. I did put them on, but they were too long. I had to raise my Z stop and I had to lose over a half inch of printing speed because of it. In general, it's a nice set, but I would omit the springs if I had my way.

There is nothing useful about the all-metal extruder
In the case of ending 5, it will be set up so that it is put under too much pressure, resulting in lots of headaches. It does not show any usefulness and I had to disassemble the entire mechanism to release spring tension. The "spacer" is threaded for a M3 bolt, I believe, but it does not appear to be useful. I consider this a pile of garbage since it is not adjustable at all. If you want to buy a BL touch and a bowden tube on their own, that's what I recommend. You can forget the wheels and springs, and you definitely shouldn't think of the all-metal extruder as well.

This upgrade kit for my Ender 5 Plus is perfect and I couldn't be happier with it
In the short time since installing the new thumb wheels, I noticed that the print edges were cleaner and it was easier to level the bed. Even with my direct drive mount, the adjustment and feeder parts are much more precise and fit together very well.

All of these parts should come with the vehicle
The filament motor top is the main reason I bought it. I feel much more stabilized and steady driving on the metal than I would with the My bed springs and wheels were also replaced, so I am not having to eyeball the bed any more Since then, it has occurred at the same level as before. I left on the factory filament contact wheels and tubing and kept the spares included with this so that I always have spares on hand (though I will probably switch out the metal tube when I work.
