I find it very difficult to have any negative remarks to make about something as small and inconsequential as this brass brush. To clean off the tiny little brass nozzles on my 3D printer, I bought this brush. As a result they tend to accumulate bits of melted plastic at the edges and "ooze" plastic while in use A heating system. My nozzles are kept clean with this brush between jobs since it is small and has just the right amount of bristle. A small complaint is that I don't like the way the wooden handle is There is no roughness or splintering, just a once-cherished piece of wood Some 600 to 700 people were present It would be more enjoyable to hold if it were made from grit sandpaper. As it happens, mine says "MEXICO" on it but the product photo says "CHINA. " Though I can only envision many people finding that of little significance, I'd like to make the observation anyway.
These brushes are great to remove surface rust and I keep a few on hand. I sometimes have to clean screws and bolts that have rust, debris or old thread locking compound. Brushing away the particles is all I need to do. Moreover, these tools can also be used to clean up a file. It's not as durable as a file card, but it cleans up bunched up metal on your file.
Sometimes too much acid has leaked out of a battery, so corrosion has gotten Cleaning corrosion can be accomplished with this brush.
Getting this to clean my gardening tools was a great idea. I have used it to sharpen my Felco handheld pruners and my larger loppers so far. Scrub away with some WD40 and then spray some water on it. Despite dirt, grime, and even rust being impossible to remove, it still works. Once the brush I have wears out, I am sure I will buy another one from you. I am extremely happy with this brush.
In order to clean my stainless steel pans, these brushes will help me reach hard-to-reach areas. First use of the brush resulted in all of the bristles being pulled out. There is no reason I can imagine why they wouldn't have fallen out, given the use they were put to. There was nothing to secure the wire bristles in place they were just a bundle of folded wires shoved into the holes with nothing to secure them. The only thing that was needed to break their grip was a little pressure.
One day after acquiring the brush, half the bristles fell out. It's a total waste of time. This is not a good first impression. I was considering a Forney welder, but not if they don't even offer decent brushes.
Keeping the sub-faucet wire screen clean is pretty difficult, so I bought this little wire brush to scrub the underside. Water in our area is hard and leaves tiny mineral deposits that deflect faucet water when it accumulates, causing spraying at me and in places I don't want it! There's no other brush in the world like this for the task, it's the perfect size, tough, and stiff.
For use at my garage workshop, I use these vacuums to clean parts from my wire welder and other tools, and to clean rust from metal prior to welding, as well as to clean resin residue after welding. There is no doubt that this item is worth the money.
It appears to have been well constructed. A rusty metal cap left a mark on a glass bottle, so I'm using it to clean it. Worked well for me. Perhaps the bristles could be stiffer, so I can feel better about the long-term use of the brush, and I also think that would improve its performance. Purchasing this product has been a good experience for me.
