I cut it at least in half. It is an image glued to a piece of cardboard. I don't know what else it is. Every time the website calls it wood block, it calls it wood block. Edges are colored black and not laminated. If you laminate them, they become brittle. While the print itself is not bad in quality, there was little done to try and correct a limitation in the way space is configured between names Also, the print has a glossy finish, so if that's an issue for you, then it's not a good fit. My purchase price of $20 allowed me to see this, but not for what I paid. I've requested a refund or return due to the innacurate description for the purchase. I also find that there are too few honest reviews.
The reviews I read are usually more entertaining than the ones I write. A personalized plaque like this is one of the most beautiful items As much as I love personalized items, I have had many items on Amazon that were disappointing (to be blunt). I even bought urns for my husband's ashes that had poor packaging and misspelt This was purchased by me and I added the names of my six children in a "special and unusual" form. In fact, you can see on the slip that each of the checks have been crossed off individually since it was added. During shipping, it was wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped in thick cardboard, then put into a fitted box. The level of my amazement is beyond words! The purchase of this item will not disappoint you.
Everything looks just like it did in the pictures. This is a great product. The print is on a wooden sign, so keep that in mind. It says in previous reviews that the distressed wood with DAD and the names carved in should be the case. There is no such thing as that. There's a glossy, shiny, smooth aspect to it. This rack is extremely sturdy and comes with premade holes that allow it to be hung up on a wall. A very quick delivery was made In no more than two days I am going to take 3 days off. I gave this gift to my husband as a father's day gift. He loved it.
A great deal of care was taken in the craftsmanship. The spot on the wall where it will hang is already prepared! This is the best product I've ever used. I highly recommend it!.
