I had no problems until my power began intermittently going on and off. A few seconds of operation might be fine, then it crashes. I attempted to remove and replace the battery, however, this had no effect. Clogs or anything else that might cause the problem are not present. My feeling is that it might be a bad power trigger. In order to find out if another battery will solve the problem, I purchased another one.

No, it did not do that! The red light started taking up a lot of my attention when I was working in one room. As long as I vacuum at a very low voltage, I would be able to prolong the charge life. But that means I won't even bother vacuuming! It would be necessary for me to go back to my Kirby in order to get a thorough cleaning.

It would be nice to pay more for something I can count on. A green light appears on the battery when it is full charged, but no power is provided. It is perfectly okay to put the original back in, but it doesn't last very long, so I will wait, and hopefully Dyson will be able to get more of these batteries in stock.

Despite ordering the battery in February, I did not open the package and install it until yesterday, April 5. I received the battery on March 1 but had to work on other things. It's on the charger now. I tried it after 2 hours and 12 hours, but it didn't work either. Amazon says the return window is closed when I try to return it after logging onto the site. Could you please tell me how I can return this defective product?.

The blue light turns into a bright green light when it is If the vacuum is charged in a closet, it does not bother me, but it is somewhat bright. Otherwise, if you find that your original battery is no longer recharging after 3 years or so, I recommend this.

I received a battery other than what I had ordered. As advertised, it does not have three bars of light. I only have one bar to work with.

My Dyson Ultimate fits in it. One month later, everything is working as expected. It is too early to determine how long a course will last. As I am not equipped to verify the significantly higher capability rating shown on its label in comparison to the OEM unit, I can't verify its accuracy.
