While I was emptying the cup filled with debris, I did not realize that the filter had fallen in. I then heard my husband blow out dust particles all over the place when he was using the dustbuster. For some reason, we didn't realize that there was a filter missing at first. Our first order from Amazon was a new one after we realized what happened. The problem has been The problem has been resolved.
Here is the actual product I received, not the one pictured. Since the filter description and picture are identical to what's included with my vacuum, I specifically chose this one. It has about 40 pleats as shown in the picture and about 20 pleats in the one I received. In addition to the filters with 20 pleats, there are lots of inexpensive ones that have the same features. As for what I wanted, I just wanted it exactly as I thought I ordered it.
There are fewer pleats on this than the original one, which fits my purple pet handheld vacuum.
