I've given it a test for a while and I am satisfied that the steam is released after I set the steam level in the listing, as the seller described, and was surprised by how fast the steam produces (about 20 seconds), faster than my old one did. As a test of how well it cleans, I wiped the hardwood floor with dry sauce stain to see how well it works. We were very satisfied with the results of the steam mop. Only one scrubbing was necessary to remove the stains. My daily cleaning needs are definitely met by this product. I (a female) can mop and lift it easily to the second floor with this mop. Also, the cord is long enough for me to use it in a room with an abundance of furniture. As a side note, the user manual is very clear and detailed, and I have no questions about it after reading it. This is definitely something I will recommend to.

Cleaning my dorm with the Steam Mop was a great experience

I needed one of these mop to clean my dorm room and therefore bought it. The dorm we live in has carpets and hardwood floors, so I bought this steam mop, which can clean a wide variety of kinds of floors, including carpets, hardwoods, and tile. The final feature I like about the mop is its color and the fact that it can swivel 180°, making it easy to clean narrow corners. Upon arriving, it preheated quickly and released steam as soon as I turned it on. I am very interested in using it and must say I was pleasantly surprised.

I also lightly spray a cleaner like lemon pine-sol on the floor before I use the steam mop to get rid of dirt and stains. The cleaning unit was excellent.

In my case, I used it to clean the floor and the wall and the things that stuck on the wall that I could not get off without ripping the paint off came off so easily.
