This is more applicable to clothing for children or women. I bought it for my husband, who has a lot of bulky clothing, so it fills up quickly even with only a few items in the canvas bag. It's one load in the washing machine when it's packed tightly.

Instead, even after a single wash, the canvas bags separate from one another and collapse into the hamper under the weight and volume of even a small amount of laundry. If I could find reasonably priced replacements for the canvas bags, I wouldn't have written about this problem, but I can't find them anywhere. If the manufacturer had only pre-programmed the system, it appears that this problem could be solved. The flaps weren't aligned correctly the first time, so it wouldn't open or close properly. I didn't even take it out of the box when the replacement arrived a week later, one of the flaps completely dented. I just want something that looks nice. If the third time is not the charm, I will have to look for work elsewhere. The item is beautiful, but the construction and packaging are subpar.
