I highly recommend it! I thought this product was good in general. It was the package that was damaged, not the product. In my opinion, it was as easy as pie to put together, it took me no more than 5 minutes. It fit my shoes really well. The only problem I had was when I tried to put my basketball shoes in, they would not.

The packaging is terrible. How in the world can a company send a product like this to clients? The box just arrived less than 4 hours ago. As soon as I put this together, I was disgusted and disappointed.

It was obvious that the package had been opened before it arrived. Up until I opened it, there wasn't any major concern. Poles and instruction sheet were present but there was no manual and the unit lacked all of the joints necessary to put it together. It's a very disappointing experience. The following update has been made Upon receiving the replacement, I notice that some of the stitching is coming away. Returning it will not be worth the trouble. One of my friends is going to sew the pieces together again.

There are parts missing! it a zero if I could because it was missing the most important thing to make it work which is the things that connect everything together to make it stand. The box it came in was all torn up making me believe that people just sell this back when they return it. This is not a product I would recommend. Your money will be saved!.

It turned out that TWO of the sleeves that hold the structural poles were missing when I went to assemble the structure. Both the top left and bottom right edges had unstitched sections 8 and 9 In the box, there are two loose rectangles of fabric and a ten-inch long strip of fabric. I stepped in spite of my better judgment and sewn the two loops carefully together to fix the error. (When the rectangles, folded in half lengthwise, are stitched into the corner seams, they become loops. purchased this particular item through Amazon Warehouse Deals, so I sacrificed time and effort for a marginally cheaper price. I don't mind. In the end, I put it together and it worked quite well for the purpose. This item is well-designed (to be in my closet, so I didn't care much) and it's durable enough to hold even high-end items As for flat sandals and skimmers, two pairs easily fit into a single cubby when it came to heels and ankle boots. There were 23 pairs of shoes and ankle boots in the basket, so the extra weight was a concern, so I put empty shoeboxes underneath to lighten up the frame and the nonwoven fabric a bit. This project seems to have been sturdy enough, and I am happy with the outcome.

A customer told me this product would arrive on May 12th after ordering it on May 7th. May 15th was the first time it showed up. I, however, find this completely understandable given there is a pandemic currently raging, therefore I am not complaining if there is a bit of a delay for an apparently However, what is not acceptable is the fact that the unit I got was missing parts critical to its operation. This corner piece is necessary to keep everything together, but I completely missed it when I received the piece. This organizer is literally impossible to assemble. In light of that, I am leaving a 1 I gave it five stars. Despite not having an instruction manual, the package came without instructions. There is nothing really complicated here, since it is fairly intuitive to stick together (if you have everything! However, the box mentioned that the buyer should refer to the instruction manual. The part that I am assuming is missing from my package is this.
