The process is easy and sturdy

The assembly of this is incredibly easy, and is pretty sturdy as well. Due to COVID I bought mine for the outside. Since we were taking our shoes off after work, we left them outside. I wanted something to place the shoes on instead of just leaving them on the ground. The fact that it is bamboo, instead of plastic, is also pleasing to me.

A good product with a poor quality control process

I was delighted to add this to my entryway for the It arrived on time, but when I pulled it out of the box, I saw the rack had fallen apart. I at first thought this was okay, since I thought it might snap back into place. It was not glued together because quality control forgot to ensure it was. With the help of some wood glue, I put the pieces back together again. I waited 24 hours for the glue to set before I started assembling the pieces. I was one screw short, and even though quality control checked for enough screws, I still missed it. In the end I had a few screws that would work well enough and I was able to complete the assembly. I was completely satisfied with the finished product.

It is broken

My review of this product is unfortunately not satisfactory due to its inability to live up to In the beginning, it looks exactly the same as it did in the picture and it fits perfectly in my room, but the problem was not with how it looked. unfolded the bottom rungs as soon as I started assembling it. As soon as I opened it the bottom rungs fell off. Once I assembled it, I thought it might fix itself, but it kept falling apart. I finished putting it together and about three or four of the bottom rungs fell out, and glue cannot fix the problem because the bottom rungs I can't do anything about the bottom row, because it just falls down. The top row, on the other hand, works great and keeps about three pairs of shoes off the ground. The only way I can save myself from sending this back is to bite the bullet and make the adjustment. It's possible my case is a unique one, but I'm unhappy with the quality, it's a really cute stand, I hope someone else can get a better experience than I did.

I really like this product

just got it yesterday, so I don't know how long it will last, but it looks and feels really solid. It was quite easy to assemble, only having to glance at the directions since all it involves is screwing on the legs There is enough room between the two racks to store shoes, but if you wanted to use the floor space underneath the second rack it would be better to put flat shoes there, such as flip flops or converse since the lower rack is so near.

I wish one of the legs had the dowel glued into the bottom of it

The item came on time and looks good, but one of the legs came with the dowel glued into the bottom of it. Additionally, the dowels on the other legs have been glued on top, allowing up to three racks to be stacked In order to contact the company, I have sent them an It would be really nice if they could get me a new leg so I can move into the dorm with the shoe rack on Friday. This rack will not be stacked in the short term as it has a peg that needs to be cut off. Edit
By pulling out the glued-in plug and gluing it directly to the top of the lining leg (because the bottom hole is oversized), I was able to do this. I think it's good enough as a rack for shoes, but it does wobble a bit.
