Selected User Reviews For Graco Parker Semi-Upholstered Glider and Nursing Ottoman, Espresso/Beige Cleanable Upholstered Comfort Rocking Nursery Chair with Ottoman
The glider's back was the only part of it that was comfortable. Both the seat and ottoman have a styrofoam-like feel to them and will not return to their original shape once bent. The seat itself arrived dented on the corners due to the way it was packaged and continues to look terrible despite waiting 4 days after assembly to post this review to see if it would return to its original shape after being out of the package. My heal prints are still in the ottoman after sitting in it for less than two minutes. To make this glider comfortable, I had to purchase additional cushions. It's bad enough that I can't sit in it for more than 5 minutes without my butt getting very sore, which isn't normal. It is not worth the money, and I would not advise anyone to purchase it.
It was super simple, even at 39 weeks pregnant! There is no squeaking yet, and it is extremely comfortable! I'll try to update in a few months (if I remember), but there were some scuffs on the fabric that I was able to clean up, so it wasn't a big deal.
I thought I was getting a high-quality Graco product, but after only a month of use, parts are broken. We are new parents and have only used this glider as intended, so two of the bars on the base are broken and separated from where they should connect. We were very excited about this glider because my wife needed a comfortable nursing chair and also wanted to be able to rock our son to sleep. Unfortunately, because of the broken bars on the base, we are now afraid to use it. We don't think it's safe for our son to be there with us. It's extremely disappointing, and we've requested a replacement base from the company. We will dispute the charges on our credit card and order another chair from a different company if they refuse to replace it. br>***NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED*** The company has not responded in over a week. We're in the process of contacting our credit card company.

- This thing was fantastic for about 6 weeks, after which it began to click whenever I rocked in it. I flipped it over and couldn't find a loose screw or anything else that could be the source of the problem. It doesn't stop working because of this; it's just inconvenient.
- I could have spent a little more money on a rocking recliner that was more durable, took up less space, lasted longer, and looked better with the rest of my furniture.
This chair appealed to me, and I decided to purchase it. With the tool that came with it, it was a little difficult for my grandson and me to put it together, but we got it done until the last screw. We were unable to complete the hole because it was so far off the mark. I'm still working on getting it to work properly. It came in a box, which I had already discarded. So I'll have to make do with what I've got; I don't want this to happen to anyone else. br>Thank you, disappointed! br>.
It was scratched as soon as I removed it from the box. The arm pad snaps were bent and wouldn't connect, so the back cushion string broke after only a few days. They told me there would be no refunds if I reported this, so I did. They did, however, request that I send them photos of all of the issues, and they promised to send replacement parts. I haven't heard from them in over two months, nor have I received the broken or scratched parts. Furthermore, after a few hours in this chair, it becomes uncomfortably uncomfortable.
BUYING IS NOT A GOOD IDEA! This chair was purchased to replace one that had been in the family for 15 years. This is the cheapest-made item I've ever bought. My mother's heart had been broken for a long time. She is terrified of breaking it if she sets in it. She's a petite 76-year-old woman with a small stature. The packaging is extremely heavy, and how are you going to return it once you've cut open the box? Please spend more money because this is a complete waste of money!.
I didn't expect it to be as soft and cushier as it was. It's a step in the right direction. In terms of convenience - from the glider options at Target and other big box stores The arms are difficult to remove when it's time to clean it, which is the only drawback. The back pillow and seat are much easier to remove.
