This is an excellent blanket. My two-year-old son has a hard time sleeping at night. He stays warm and cozy with this blanket. At night, he's doing a lot better. He's autistic, too. So, if you're looking for a weighted blanket, look no further.

I thought he was a bit of a big boy for his age. All the information said I should get the 5 pound blanket, but I figured, "nah, he'll grow into it, and I don't want to have to buy another one later," so I got the 7 pound and was done. " Boy, was I mistaken; these blankets are quite heavy. " I tried it one night and was worried he'd get stuck and not be able to turn over or move while sleeping! I lifted the 7-pound blanket to lay it across him, and it felt like I was working out my biceps. Needless to say, I should have just bought a 5 lb. after reading the reviews. I did it in the end. After that, I decided to do a trade. It's a good thing Amazon has a simple return policy. I didn't want another brand because the blanket is soft and appears to be of good quality, so I chose Sivio instead. It should last for a long time, in my opinion.

This was purchased for our two-year-old autistic son, who is level two. We recently moved him from his crib to a toddler bed, and he adores this blanket. It truly assisted him in transitioning from restless rolling and kicking to simply falling asleep. He falls asleep within 5 minutes of being placed in his crib on most nights. When it comes to how a regular and weighted blanket affects him, there is a significant difference for us. He hasn't woken up sweaty this summer yet, despite the fact that he is heavy enough for some of the cold spring nights we've had. I'd recommend it!.

I've never been happier with a purchase. My 3y. On some days/nights, things can get a little crazy. Her doctor suggested that she use a weighted blanket to aid her recovery. It's been TWO DAYS since the last time I saw you. 2 DAYS! & I'm ecstatic I bought it! I went out and bought a 3 pound bag. When she gets bigger, I'm thinking about going up to the 5lb.

When he has this, he relaxes a lot quicker. He enjoys the softer side of things as well. He's always preferred fleece blankets, so I chose this weighted blanket solely for its softer side, and it's worked out beautifully for him!.

This was a gift for a child for Christmas. So far, it's been fine. It's been moved around a lot by said kid. By this point (2 months in), the heavier blankets we own were causing problems with beads moving around. This time, however, it hasn't been the case. It's a nice touch to include a pillowcase. The two fabrics (cotton/minky) on either side are great, so I don't have to change the cover as often as I might with a child's whimsical desires for which feel is desired. I'm hoping it can handle being carried around and used for a long time. washed for a longer period of time It's the ideal size for our 6-year-old or as a throw blanket for someone a little older. I'll almost certainly buy more as gifts for other children.

This security blanket has made me very happy. Soft to the extreme. I like that it has those little bumps on it that my LO enjoys playing with before going to sleep. Blanket is super soft, washed in a delicate cycle with our LO detergent before use and washed perfectly fine; we preferred to hang it to dry. The color is a lovely pink tone, and cats are adorable. Our LO is three years old, 40 inches tall, and weighs 32 pounds, and she sleeps soundly with this blanket. We like that it can be used on either side, for hot or cold weather.

This blanket appears to be a big hit with my toddler. She's been sleeping better at night and doesn't cry or scream as much as she used to after I lay her down and leave the room. It's also a great length and keeps you warm. Since I bought this, she appears to be more at ease sleeping in her crib alone. Of course, it's possible that it was just a coincidence, but I believe the blanket played a role. The pillow case that goes with it is adorable as well. I intend to purchase the same blanket in the future and simply size up as she grows out of it.
