Questions & Answers
Your iron should be warm prior to using it. The boiler does not work. You should "iron" over the cloth after applying the paste to the faceplate. The formula works for me like a charm. Here are some suggestions to help you.
Baking soda is abrasive and lasts until your iron gets scorched or sticky again, so I wouldn't use it on my iron
My intention was to remove the scum on the bottom of my iron using this device. The smell is not going to go away with that. The solution works great, though!
It is not known to me what a rotary ironer plate is so I can't help. As far as my regular iron is concerned, this worked very well.

I received the item in a beat up box that looked like it had been left In the end, the product was a success. I discovered a substantial amount of staining on my iron soleplate after a lengthy session with a damp press cloth, and in the process I assumed that it must be hard water calculus. Although I wasn't sure I had not damaged my iron, I wasn't absolutely certain. The buildup would NOT come off with anything else. Here's what I came up with. This worked like a charm. 2 applications of the cream using a 2 inch ribbon worked to remove the stains. After a short break, the iron is ironing beautifully again, and it glides smoothly. As a result of reading reviews about smoke and fumes, I chose to do it outdoors. As far as I know, I have never encountered such a thing. We smoked a little bit (which is normal according to the packaging), but nothing major. The drawback is It appears that a small amount of the cream accumulated in the holes and did not come out with the steam burst feature The toothpick had to be used and there was still a small amount left. If possible, iron a cloth with heavy steam over a clean one to ensure that future fabrics will not be damaged.
Everything you need is in the box, and the product is great. Otherwise, it would have been completely clean, but I ran out of cleaner.
One advice, place it in an open area without much shade, such as a balcony or backyard. There was a lot of white smoke in my house (the instructions called for it, but I didn't expect it to be that bad). I had to open several windows and run exhaust fans for at least 20 minutes. To clean the air in the house, I opened the windows for about 25 minutes. The weather was nice, so I was able to open them It was annoying though to see smoke all over, even if it didn't have a bad smell. For that reason, I docked one star. A tiny bit more quantity would also have been nice, but my iron sole plate was really covered in burnt fibers, so since it's a little more than enough for some people.
There is a goo, a terry cloth towel, and a microfiber towel included in the kit. When using the goo to clean the iron, it works well. It is ideal for polishing to use a microfiber cloth. There were several scratches on my sole plate due to the very rough texture of the terry cloth. I washed it, but the surface is still rough. To avoid scratching the surface of the paper, I will use a softer towel. Be aware, too, of the size of the tube of goo.
Rowenta Steam Generation Stations are one of my favorite things in the world. In 25 years, this is my second one However, I was not that impressed by the product because it wasn't as effective for cleaning This kit comes with a tube of low-abrasion paste, a few rags to clean up the mess, and a tube of tooth paste. circling my iron over the paste for a half hour [following the instructions], I was able to build most but not all of the structures that I needed During transfer, some build-up was transferred to the rags, but in other areas this was not the case This time around, the up seems to be even thicker. In spite of the fact that I have an exhaust fan immediately over my ironing station turned on, and in spite of the fact the product makes little or no smoke, I have to call my alarm company to report "Oopsy -" I accidentally set off my fire alarms. The alarm had gone off in the wrong place! Therefore, unless you have only a little build to begin with, I recommend you take the following measures With the legs of an Arnold, the arm muscles of a Mother Teresa, and the patience of a Gandhi If you want to get more aggressive with a product, try something more aggressive.
There was something all over the plate of my iron, but I have no idea what it was. The stain would not budge no matter what I tried to scrub it off. Having purchased the cleaner in hopes it would work, I was disappointed when it failed. The fact that it worked was very, very relieved for me! When you use it on a hot iron, it becomes very hot. I only needed to rub the white cloth and cleaner against the plate a few times, not even hard rubs, and it removed anything stuck on it. I will get back to you soon! It looks like it just came from the store! To make sure no cleaner remained in the holes, I added water to steam them out and ironed the green fabric from the package and a towel just for good measure. Smoke is produced during the application of the cleaner. However, it dissipates once everything has been done. There's not much to endure to get your iron back to its former glory! As a result, my sister is asking me to do hers as well!.
Putting the iron on too high a setting resulted in fabrics with graphics becoming too stiff. A large black burn on my sewing project appeared to be there forever but kept coming off on different fabrics and ruining my A video I saw for an iron cleaner got my attention (I had no idea that was a thing), and I decided to try it. I was able to do it correctly! In my opinion, I had not followed the directions entirely based on the It was very hot so I turned up the heat to the highest setting and turned off the steam. (I didn't empty the water. ) I also wiped the iron while it was raised so that I could provide more attention to the areas I needed. I had to fill out a few applications, but overall it took only around 5 minutes. I then ironed the rag several times, turning the steam on as I went to get out all I did not find q that way Here are a few tips to help fill the hole the majority of the way. Essentially, it did what it was supposed to do and I now have an entirely.
It's for Rowenta irons or irons with stainless steel soleplates There are several similar products available, but this one costs much less than the others. Your iron will glide smoothly again after using this cleaner. It removes gunk from the bottom and makes it glide smoothly. After your iron is hot, you can put some on a cloth and rub it on the dirty areas of the soleplate (but be careful it is HOT) or put some on a terry cloth and iron A towel that has been treated with this product will turn black just like a towel treated with The paste will not come off completely the first time you'll have to put it on a different part of the towel and repeat the process. Despite this, the bottom of my iron still appears to be almost as new as when it was.
