It's absurd. I waited weeks for this item to arrive, and when it arrived, there was no cord, no light bulb, and the box was taped together. It's ludicrous that I got this. It clearly states that a light bulb is included in the description.
Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, it did not come with the cord or light. Amazon - Will you be able to complete this successfully?.
The package was well packaged and arrived quickly.
This item lives up to Department 56's reputation for originality and vibrant colors. When the Grinch Christmas Village is set up this year, it will look fantastic when paired with the figurine.

The piece itself was excellent, but the original box was badly damaged. It's difficult to give as a gift when the packaging is so bad.
Built with great care and attention to detail, this piece is quite heavy and has lovely colors.
