I've never seen a customer service rep so bad! In the past, asking for a new one after having to send the broken one back was time-consuming

This time, we installed it with the damaged It has been a few months since the thermostat assembly failed. I don't have control over the temperature of the unit, it's either on or off at all times. Calling the company for a replacement thermostat, they only agree to send one if we mail the malfunctioning one in first and wait for the Maine is in the middle of January, so we don't want to go without the heater for too long. Unacceptable in every respect.

I made a mistake

The log is broken. When I unpacked my fireplace after work on Saturday, I found the log was broken completely in half, unusable. I previously ordered the fireplace on Friday while I was at work. The entire unit needs to be returned, but I would rather not spend the time or money on doing so. For this item to be used safely, do I need the log?.

I strongly urge you NOT to purchase! The customer service representative told me to go through Amazon - after waiting for an hour on hold. You can contact the seller by clicking the contact From what I can tell, it does not exist.
It is going backwards.

I would advise you not to buy what a piece of garbage it is Customer service log does not come with broken hose ours had a gas valve problem that caused a bang when ignited then cut off had to send back, luckily Amazon took care of it.

That is a great little fireplace

I use this fireplace to heat my family room in the basement of my home to a very high degree. A beautiful light that produces a lot of heat, lights easily and is easy to use! I only gave it four stars due to the fact that it does not have a vent so moisture forms on my windows to the extent that I have to run a dehumidifier, which I have never had to do during the winter.

Our heater has a small dent on the left side in the front, but we decided to use it as it is rather than try It was obvious that the dent was there before it was packaged, so I gave it four stars instead of five.

For that amount of money, this is a great deal! My husband, who does home carpentry, installed gas line and fireplace in five hours. It works great, and it is a great price. You just have to use your common sense since there are no step-by-step directions, but pictures are provided.

It is not Amazon's responsibility to pay for labor even though the product has been ripped apart! Sadly, we are not happy with the replacement, and may return it as well. are looking for a beautiful wall heater, it is nice. Just hope it doesn't tear because you would be out a lot of money for labor in the event it does. Not happy at all!.
