When installing an insert into a mantle, how do you attach it? Despite searching through the installation manual to find these instructions, I have not found them. ?

It may have slipped into place instead of being screwed down, but I don't remember for sure. No matter how you look at it, it works

When a natural gas line is broken, how easily can the appliance be switched from natural gas to propane. ?

I'll keep it simple for you. You may change the orifice by doing so.. It may have come with mine or be available for a cheap price

It was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble

The fireplace comes with a beautiful wooden mantle and a vent-free design. I was delivered a FREE unit in just seven days and it puts out a lot of heat It was well packed and strapped down to a pallet which made the unloading process easy. The only complaint I have is a minor one We would have given it a maximum of 5 stars if the snap-in grill piece in front of the log set didn't rattle when you walked by.

You should be careful when buying! In the description, it was stated that it could be a corner unit with an adapter

This piece did not come with the set. Despite the name, the antique white is almost a yellow beige and had to be painted. Individual pieces aren't sold here, but I could get partial credit if I return it. As I agreed, I went ahead. The truth was not told. Fireplaces can only be returned for a full refund if they are returned. There's no way to return it (the paint). We do not know when the item will be available again since it's on backorder now.

My favorite part of the fireplace is the brick. As I wanted, it is exactly as it is. I like the size of it and it gives off just enough heat for a small space. I'm in love with.

Rooms get warm when they are heated

The unit did not come with a remote, which was a disappointment. Peter's heating and cooling hooked up the gas line, as they recommended we do, and they did a great job.

It is difficult for the pieces to fit together. As soon as the pieces have been assembled, daylight can be seen between them.
