I think this product is of poor quality since it arrived with two damaged pieces and the fireplace itself was In order for me to get replacements, I either need to send the item back to amazon (which would be a huge, huge hassle) or work with the seller. They require the serial number on their online form, but the serial number is nowhere to be found on the piece. A call to the company will be necessary. In addition to my review, I will contact them to ask questions. This is not the kind of thing I'm expecting. Because of other reviews, I knew it wasn't going to be a quick build, so I was prepared for that. We also knew we would need a large amount of space to build it in. In order to put it together, we used an entire living room and dining room. Once we got the pieces out, lining them up alphabetically, and noticing how many damaged pieces were there, we were just praying they would end up in a place that was not apparent. There are two damaged pieces that cannot be seen, but the structure of the fireplace itself is compromised so that it is at risk of falling over at any time, thanks to the damage. While the "fire" can look like it is on, the fireplace heater itself makes an unbearable humming noise when it is We cannot use the "realistic" fire looking feature because it looks like some piece is bent and catching on something as it spins around. It makes a loud ticking noise as it spins, so we can't use that. Our only application has been to heat the home, and that seems to be working just fine. Because I put furniture together regularly, it took me just over 3 hours after I arranged the items according to alphabetical order. This is a very large and heavy set, so you'll want a spacious area to assemble it in and take your time. There are a lot of pieces, and the more carefully you put them together, the more durable You'll find it easier to move along if the pieces are arranged alphabetically. There are two of us needed for this job! A beautiful fireplace with beautiful wooden trim inside a heater unit that looks very realistic makes for a great picture. Over all, I am happy with the look for the price of the unit, even if it's not very deep. As you can imagine, I was a little disappointed that the pieces weren't all flush. I had to drill new holes in some places. There were several other areas I was not able In spite of the most upsetting imperfection, which is right in the front, and will trigger my OCD, I don't plan on taking it apart and sending it back after all this work and time. Furthermore, two parts had been mislabeled, luckily they were just labelled next to each other and looked almost identical, so it wasn't difficult for me to figure it out.

It is so beautiful. The fireplace is gorgeous. All of our cable boxes fit perfectly in this, and all we have to do is cut a hole in the back for the cords. There is plenty of room for photos or art on the walls. I really like the way it gives off some heat and the fire looks I love the size and quality of this fireplace, and it filled the large opening I had This fireplace was the first I ordered when there were no other reviews, and I'm so glad I took a risk. I find the price of about 600 unbelievable. I found the price of the product to be less than a similar product I This is a good quality product at an affordable price. It takes a little time to put together, but it's not too difficult or complex.

There are not many things to do, but there are a lot of parts to do so it takes a lot of time. It was a disappointment to me, but I would request it assembled next time. I liked it at first. The item put out a little less heat than I thought it would, but I am still glad I bought it. It worked until a month ago when it stopped. It doesn't make sense why it stopped working all of a sudden when nothing happened. The heat is not generated by it, so it looks nice but is ineffective We're still waiting for a reply from the manufacturer, but we're pretty bummed about it.

The first thing to note is that it is 1 day late (fine, I'll overlook that). The second problem is that several parts are missing (not one or two, but five cam bolts and three cam locks!) It took more than a week to get parts for my motor, they were supposed to be in a sealed plastic container, yet it still came short. Customer service does not exist on Additionally, there were a number of chipped pieces, as you can see from As for covering the chips, I cannot figure out how to do it. The white finish on some parts of the car is peeling. This would cost you a lot of headaches, so avoid buying it!.

I liked it so much. . I was looking for exactly what you posted. Despite the fact that my SO initially told me there were 10,000 pieces, he followed the detailed instructions and was able to complete it. There were a few small scratches, but nothing anything that could not be fixed with a touch up. This small tabletop heater has really good heat output, you can dim the flames or just use them as a wood burning look, and it looks really cute. Despite our initial concerns, we are pleased so far with the purchase.

This book has some faults. have only given it three stars because two pieces arrived broken and one piece chipped, but I gave it four stars because it still looks really nice. I was able to glue the pieces back together with wood glue, but for nearly $400 I should not have to do that.
