I counted 127 cones in total.
Maybe a hundred. I didn't keep track of how many of them there were. They're lovely.

It takes at least 15 minutes for them to finish. br>br>Every time someone (kids or adults) walked past our campsite, they would stop and stare. There were a lot of comments, and the kids couldn't stop asking for more. br>br>We had a lot of kids, so the 5 pound bag lasted four days. br>br>They're expensive, but they're the best thing I've ever used, so if you're worried, start with the 2-pound bag. However, after your first toss into the fire, I'm sure you'll wish you had purchased the 5 pound bag; it's always good to have a stash for later! You'll have a great time, I promise!.
There's no telling what kind of sweet voodoo juju minerals these pinecones contain, but they're fascinating. br>br>I felt like a fool for buying a sack of pinecones, but then I realized it was a sack full of magic. br>br>Grab the large bag and fill your hearth with these magical cones. br>br>Each cone burns for 10 to 15 minutes. br>br>Place 5 in the fireplace and you've got a blazing Bellagio!.
Each pine cone will take ten minutes to complete. These were blue when they were turned on. The campfire was made more interesting by the addition of greenery, which was enjoyable for both children and adults. If you have the time, we found a link to make your own pine cones. br>Instructions say not to cook over these flames, so if you're roasting anything, wait until the end to use these. Not to be used in a grill, either.
Tossing these things in the fireplace at home is a lot of fun. Your fireplace was bathed in a lovely rainbow effect. They are extremely simple to use; simply toss them into the fire and wait a few moments to see the light show. They are popular among children, and I enjoy them as well. These would be a wonderful gift for someone who has everything but enjoys a nice fireplace, especially during the holidays! Tossing these things in the fireplace at home is a lot of fun. People who are sitting around the fire will enjoy tossing them in and watching the colors change.
It adds to the appeal of my rustic home. I keep these on hand all year because my grandchildren adore them, regardless of the weather. A fire and colored cones are always present. It was well worth the money.
We purchased some lovely firestarter pine cones from a local store a while back. They were about the size of regular pinecones and were extremely helpful in getting our fires started. Since then, I've been yearning for more. Unfortunately, these aren't the results we were hoping for. Do not become overwhelmed by the image. The pine cones in this picture are extremely small. They resemble golf balls in size. They are primarily placed in your fire to decorate it rather than to assist in its ignition or maintenance.
I'm pleased to report that everything we threw in resulted in a bright blue-purple-purple-purple-purple-purple-purple-pur We were all surprised that a single tiny cone could burn for over 20 minutes with a green flame as the chemical burned! It's just a chemical reaction, but wasn't that the most fun part of chem lab?.
