A spacer could have come from the manufacturer OR it could have been ordered from the manufacturer. As you read the reviews of the low star rating folks, it becomes apparent that they have very poor assembly skills. When these same reviewers claim that products are defective, they are the same ones who fail to switch on the product and complain when it does not Getting a bad rating can be caused by a stupid review. I love the product because it assembles easily with the instructions, although the bolts and nuts are quite cheap, but it does not require forceful assembly or thread stripping A poor assembly process is totally to blame.

About a year ago we bought a much larger, sturdier and more expensive one, but it is still in pieces on the side of our yard. As it was a deal, I decided to take my chances again. We picked out the larger one and was so happy with the purchase. It is perfect for our backyard fire pit. Our assembly took literally 5 minutes! My husband and I put the bed together in about 5 minutes! The pieces were all there and they fitted perfectly together. There were a few long screws, but the project still went smoothly. I followed the advice of some reviewers, and didn't tighten all the knobs and bolts at the There is no doubt that it is not super heavyweight, however, it seems to be holding the wood just fine. I'm planning on painting it with Rustolium black paint because I've read some reports that it rusts very I would definitely recommend this. My search for something to hang on our porch as a wood holder went on and on. Because we store our cord behind our shed, we needed something to place right outside the door so that we wouldn't have to go out back each time we made a fire. My husband and I bought this for the There is a lot of crap on the site. There are no right pieces to fit together when it's made of cheap metal! I can bend it by hand, but when I tried to put it together, nothing fit. There is also a discrepancy between the dimensions described and what is actually there. In our living room, it looked ridiculous because it was so large. We measured it and it was way bigger than 40 inches. When I contact the seller I ask that this item be returned I was told that I could not get a refund unless I sent them photos of the product, photos of the box, photos of the sku numbers, and all sorts of information. My life wouldn't be complete if I took it out of the box again and put it As I explained, they didn't believe me when I told them it was so different from the pictures and There is no way I would recommend this.
