I read the instructions that came with the grill and it seemed to work well

I am very pleased with this product. It comes in a nice sturdy box and pallet. For the frame to fit in the wall, a hole had to be drilled in the wall. Note Be sure to slide the unit into the frame after putting the grill in!.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with how fast he arrived. The unit is a replacement so simply slide out the old one, slide in the new one, plug it in and you're all set.

There is a problem with the power cord

So far, the only problem is that the power cord does not work. A reset button does not allow power to be supplied to the I'm waiting for a response.

The product is only a PTA, there is no sleeve/kit attached

Installed a new unit after replacing a failed one of the same size, garage is now much more pleasant to work in. You should take note that this does not include the sleeve if you are not replacing another unit of similar size.
