It was packaged with extreme care and arrived in perfect condition. I'm curious if the packaging is more expensive than the product itself. Styrofoam surrounding, plastic sheaf, and a thick box with heavy plastic corner protectors. It took me some time to get the mostly assembled unit out of the box, but it arrived in perfect condition. The cabinet itself is deceivingly spacious and slimline, with curved corners, and will fit perfectly under my new desk (which I have yet to unpack, another dread), with no sharp corners and wheels that function and move easily on hard wood floors. This filing cabinet will fit under my desk, which is also a beautiful piece of furniture. All I had to do was put the wheels on, and they even gave me the screwdriver. It's an excellent small filing cabinet. It's very small, but it can hold a lot of data - enough for our personal documents such as taxes, house titles, medical records, and so on, and it also looks great. On a wood floor, it rolls a little too easily (if I don't steady it with my other hand, it will roll forward when I try to open the drawers), but otherwise it's fine.

The key doesn't appear to be durable enough to use on a regular basis, but the cabinet is a good size, and the drawers are already slightly uneven after a few weeks of use, but I'm still pleased with the purchase.

I really like the fact that it's on wheels. It's the perfect size to tuck under a small desk. Because of the "slim" design, it won't hold a lot of files, but given the outside dimensions, it can hold a lot! I really like how it looks. It's a little difficult to open because the drawers don't have handles, so you have to grab the sides of the drawers and pull to open them. With only one hand, it's a little more difficult, but you'll get used to it. The customer service was fantastic: The item came with a file hanging bar piece that was about 5 inches too long for a full size file drawer. I called the customer service number and they quickly resolved the issue without any difficulty on my part; highly recommended for small spaces.

I was so excited about this product because I had been looking for the perfect file cabinet for a long time, and when it arrived, I noticed the box had a HUGE hole on one side. . . sure enough, when I started to unpack the product, I noticed a MASSIVE dented scratch (see photo) on the bottom and a HUGE dent on the side. . . I obviously can't use this product and would appreciate a full refund/replacement of product with one that is intact, as that's.

Moving. This small filing cabinet was simple to put together, and the white color and smoothed edges give it a sleek appearance. The only criticism I have is that the bottom-mounted wheels don't roll very well on carpet or hard floors, requiring some effort to move it. I'm hoping the product designer improves the wheels, but it served its purpose admirably otherwise. I'm pleased with it overall.

This will not work for you if you plan to store a large number of LEGAL-size documents. It can hold legal-size folders, but only longitudinally, so there is less room. It takes up less space than a traditional filing cabinet. However, it appears to be very strong and heavy, and the lock appears to be in good working order. The shelves are very easy to open. I simply didn't realize I had so many legal-size items to store. The product is a five-star product in its own right.

It looks great, and I needed a small filing cabinet for an equally small space because I have a corner desk in my tiny apartment. It's absolutely incredible. To be honest, I believe I could have purchased one that was wider, but I was concerned about my space and am very pleased with it. I'm 70, so I went with the one that looked the best. I admit that the file drawer takes some getting used to because the files are stored vertically rather than horizontally, but when you buy smaller, something has to give. To place and retrieve files, you must pull it nearly all the way out. If I needed one, I would recommend it and purchase it again. I went for the white one. It appears to be well-kept, well-organized, and well-built.
