I put this table together on the carpet and it was very stable, with no wobble. However, I'm using it on a hardwood floor in my current location. There's also no movement.

The desk is alright in my opinion. This item has been in my possession for approximately three weeks. The assembly was difficult because some of the parts were not placed in the correct order in the pictures. Many of the placements had to be removed and we had to start from scratch. br>What I despise the most is how difficult it is to make adjustments. The desk top must be adjusted from behind, and reaching the bar to hold it up while moving the top is difficult if you have short arms. br>To lift and adjust the desk height, two people are required. It is extremely difficult to use. You must stand on your feet while pulling up one side at a time, otherwise the desk will become uneven and you will need to readjust. There are no catches to prevent the desk from becoming uneven when adjusting the height. br>Because the paper holding lip bar isn't tall enough, papers easily slide off. It should have something unique, such as an easy-to-adjust bar on the side or front that allows you to move it up and down without having to lift the entire weight. It's difficult to keep up with. It's a nice concept, but it's not practical for what I'm trying to accomplish.
I suppose this desk is adequate for the price; in fact, I'm still putting it together. Putting together the stool, in particular, is a nightmare. It's like wrestling an ox with the circular ring that goes inside it. Even then, the stool is unbalanced. I may return to edit this review once it's complete, but it's proving to be a difficult task so far. This company's instructions should be improved, in my opinion.
The only problem I had was putting the stool together. It lacked threaded sleeves in the seat pad's base where the stool's legs could be bolted on. The seller offered either a refund or a replacement stool that would be shipped. The table was incredibly simple to put together and appears to be a fantastic buy. I noticed that the same exact table was $219. 00 at an art supply store in the area; I was overjoyed that I was able to get it for a much lower cost.
This works great for me because I paint and have bad shoulders. It took me about two hours to complete. It was just a matter of getting it into the house that I needed assistance with. IT IS EXTREMELY STRONG.
This is a fantastic table. It takes two people to adjust the height so you don't have to go back and forth from side to side, but everything else about this table is fantastic. The tool caddy on the side and the drawers for my tools and supplies are both fantastic. This is an excellent item.

I didn't even bother with the piece of garbage because it arrived broken, so I just returned it right away.
