Although the crackers worked great, and the instrument was perfect for digging deeply into the claw meat, the shell scissors deserve credit for making this a memorable experience. That's so cool! Games are fun, but they can also be challenging It makes it possible to break into thick, large shells easily. For the price, the trip was totally worthwhile.

The advertised product did not live up to expectations

As pictured, it is not what it is. The set includes 5 pieces (the storage bag is not included). It is missing the metal picking tools and forks used to pick crabs. Then I decided they might have sent me the wrong item, so I filed a return and reordered, but still got the same item. Both will be returned and I will order a new.

I really liked this set more than the last set I tried. There is a better quality pick in this set, and scissors are included as well. Even so, one of the crackers does not open quite as far as the description suggests. A second time. Yet we're going to keep them so we can see how well.

The perfect fit for us

gave in and bought this crab set because we eat crab legs often in my household. I don't make as much of a mess eating crab legs when the otter is swimming on its back eating shellfish. I love how easy it is to eat crab legs with the scoop and scissors. There is a sense of quality about the tools.

Exactly what I wanted

We enjoy going to the seafood market and purchasing some live dungeness crab for dinner as a treat for my 10 year old son. It is so convenient for him to be able to break apart the shell himself to get to all the deliciousness inside. It was great that each of the tools came in its own set so we could eat with a complete set.
