However, the website does mention that the Manufacturer is Hong Kong, so I would guess it's made there. Has anyone broken an egg yolk from the top of the basket when it was removed, since the bottom of the basket is so pointed and the basket is so oversized?
As soon as the egg is cracked, I slide it into a small bowl or measuring cup, taking care not to break the the part of the egg that I usually break the yolk. In order to separate the white from the yolk, I simply tip the separator sideways into another It is my hope that you find this

This is a must-have for any kitchen
A pastry chef like myself has spent a lot of time and money in the past looking for ways to make my job easier and more efficient. As much as I have a variety of knives, spatulas, and piping tips at my disposal for that purpose, I had never found a yolk separator that is as effective and easy to use as the This tool, however, created a seamless separation that took most tools a moment or so to achieve. In addition to the bowl hook, one of the main features I like about this tool In this way, I am able to work on many eggs at once more quickly than I would've thought would be possible. Using this method means that there is no excess white hidden inside the bowl like it would inside other egg separating bowls. I recommend this product to anyone who is planning on making batches of baked goods, such as macarons and meringues. I will be keeping this in my pastry kit along with other baking essentials, and if I could rate a product beyond 5 stars, I would.

Keeping your hands clean has never been easier! In essence, an egg white separator is a simple device that helps you separate the white from the yolk of an egg by cracking the egg into a coil, holding the yolks and allowing the white to fall through into a container
I tested the egg white separator on both duck eggs and chicken eggs and the tool had no problem separating the yolks from the whites in each case. With the tool it is not possible to remove the Chalazea (the white cord attached to the yolk). With thick egg whites in fresher A and AA grade eggs it took some manipulation of the tool to get them to fall out. However, there were no breaks in the yolks, and nearly all of the white of the egg Cleaning and disinfecting the tool is simple and the tool can be put in the dishwasher. As a note, if you rupture the yolk while cracking the egg, the device will not work since both yolk and white will fall out. Furthermore, the device failed to separate eggs really well if there were multiple eggs, so the eggs should be separated one at a time.
In conclusion, if you don't like getting your fingers dirty sorting eggs, this device is While it takes slightly longer using your fingers (especially with higher grade eggs), it is not impossible.

Slowly is the only way to go
The first time I used it, I made a mistake. If you crack the egg just a little and then let the yolk rest in the Separator, your separation will be perfect. Break the yolk but don't break the egg. Furthermore, if the egg yolks are at room temperature, they tend to stay whole. As soon as I realized that, I loved how it worked! This bowl is easy to clean, and it features a hook that connects to the bowl so one can use both hands while cleaning. This is definitely a device I would recommend.

It is a recommendable book
A substantial amount of egg whites is required for making most desserts, such as meringues, pavlovas, and macarons. As well as working as intended, this gadget also doesn't leave a mess behind (I love anything I can just throw into the dishwasher because it is so easy to clean). The egg separator is also designed well in case you need to crack a lot of eggs.
I imagine this product will also save you time if you need to crack a lot of eggs. It quickly and easily hooks onto bowls and has an extra long rubber handle that makes it non-slip. Because the suspension of the product allows the egg whites to separate rapidly, a rapid separation is possible. Nonetheless, I found that there was a slight need to shake the mixture gently to separate the egg whites. It's a fine product and I recommend it-- Especially when you are a baker, or you simply enjoy eating egg white omelettes (like me).

It's easy to use, sleek, and simple
This egg separator was a lot of fun to use. The packaging for the product arrived in a simple box with a clear design that allowed the separator to be the focal point. There is a beautiful handle on this bag, and the spirals look great. I thought it would be heavier, but it was lighter than I anticipated. The eggs separated fairly easily, although I often had to gently shake the separator a little so that the whites would get detached from the yolks. I like the way it does what it's supposed to do as well as how it looks.

To be honest, I was sceptical of the idea of separating the yolk. There was no need for it If you want to separate your yolks, why not just break up the egg shells? Corrected, thanks for pointing that out. It's great for things like macarons, where even a tad of yolk will ruin everything if you get even the slightest bit of it in your whites. This egg separator's hook is perfectly placed on the separator to keep it in place over the bowl and allow you to remove every last slice of egg white and none of the It failed to break any of the yolks on six eggs. The problem with this kitchen aid is you don't realize how much you need it until you get.

It is a bit pricey, but it works In the past, I have used a variety of yolk separators The dollar store has the majority of the items I am using It was my favorite one that I lost
There was just a problem with the separation of the new ones. The yolk separator is great for making French macarons, and I am planning to buy a few more. That really does a good job of keeping the yolk intact Ideally, I could fit three eggs (yolks) in the oven at any given time. It is ideal for using over larger bowls, as the handle is long. This separator coil is definitely easy to wash because it is springy and not rigid (can move up and down when pushed while washing or scrubbing). It was a good decision to spend a bit more money.

It does its job well! It's nice to have a separator like this! It's true that I often just use my shells to do the job, but it's a pain and a mess, so I don't really look forward to Nonetheless, it is so much easier this way! In addition to sitting well over a bowl of cereal, you can fit multiple eggs into the basket (but if you're going to do this, pour from a measuring cup so you don't break the yolk)
The process is very accurate, and it's also very easy to clean, as long as you rinse immediately!.
