I barely taste garlic when I cook, so I have to use a lot of it. "Wow, that's a lot of garlic!" exclaim the pales. "Noooo, you crazy summabeeches, there's no such thing as too much garlic!" I've used the traditional ones, such as mama and grandma, as well as a few others. THIS IS THE PROPER ONE. THIS IS THE END! In the x- I can press 3 for a large version. NO PULP AND 5 CLOVES! Except for a thin layer of pulp, it presses everything through. You'll thank me later if you just get it. Ciao!.
The peeler is extremely effective. Simply place the garlic clove in the sleeve and roll it up. The peel is completely removed! Everything is so simple with the heavy-duty press! It's a fantastic garlic press that's also simple to clean.
This garlic crusher is insane in terms of metal quality and strength, and it's incredibly simple to use thanks to the handle, which allows you to crush garlic with a better grip. I also like how easy it is to clean and remove the inner cup with this product. I'd also like to point out that I wasn't expecting to receive the cleaning brush or the garlic roller, so I was overjoyed when I did! If you're still reading, go ahead and purchase the product; it's well worth it!.
There have been garlic presses with dubious designs for years: It's difficult to clean, and it's prone to breaking or delaminating metallic residue on your garlic. These types of presses are still manufactured today. The Garlic Police, which included some highly regarded chefs, then demanded: "Get rid of your garlic press; unless you smash it, you won't get the essential oils!" " I was skeptical of the science behind it, but because I can mince garlic with my knife skills, I tossed my old press years ago. In the meantime, I discovered that using good garlic and a good press did not yield the juicy paste and almost buttery consistency that I had hoped for. This garlic press is ideal. br>br> The pressed garlic has a moist, uniform texture that sautés evenly and is replete with all of the oils garlic has to offer (as seen in other photos already posted). A strong case can be made for this press if you enjoy garlic raw, in salad dressings, or spread on toast crusts. From a design standpoint, this set is sturdy, simple to use, and clean, and the plunger forms a tight enough seal around the perimeter that no usable garlic escapes along the sides, as is common elsewhere. Unlike other presses that take up a disproportionate amount of space in your kitchen drawer, the stainless steel construction will not break down and leave residue, and the press is a reasonable size for your kitchen drawer. The silicone tube that came with the press was a pleasant surprise, as it easily removed the skin from cloves. I've discovered that putting one clove in at a time is the most effective method, and I prefer the press that is currently Amazon's Choice.
I used to chop garlic, but I now need a finer cut for some recipes. The job is done by this crusher. It's also useful if your garlic dish contains a large number of small garlic cloves. Instead of throwing them away or struggling to chop them, you can put a bunch of the small ones in this crusher. Because it comes in a cute little box with a sleeve and a brush, it's a great stocking stuffer or holiday gift. I remove the crushed garlic from the crusher with a paring knife, but the brush works well to remove any garlic that remains in the basket. The inner dish is removable, allowing you to fill it with garlic and then place it in the crusher rather than trying to fill or empty it while holding the crusher. I cook frequently and purchase a large number of kitchen items. This is one I strongly suggest.
There were no issues. I don't use the rubber thingy because I have my own peeling method. Sorry for the poor quality of the video; it was difficult to use the tool and tape at the same time. However, you get the idea!.
THE BEST! My previous garlic press, which I thought was fantastic at the time, broke in half. I was undecided about which garlic press to buy, but based on the other reviews, you will not be disappointed. It was well worth the expense. When pressing garlic, there is almost no waste, and it comes with a useful silicone tube. I'm overjoyed at the prospect of never having to peel or waste garlic again!.
The good news is that this garlic press does a good job of pressing garlic, unlike other garlic presses I've had that don't get nearly all of the garlic through the grate. The bad news is that the "grate" is a removable piece for some reason, which I suppose makes cleaning easier, but it's also a major drawback because it's a small but essential piece that's easy to misplace. That design does not appeal to me, and I wish I had read the product description more carefully before purchasing it.
