The blade on this scraper/chopper is very rigid, which will be perfect for my needs. The rigid blade is ideal for my needs, as it would be too stiff for those who want flexibility. a wonderful item!.
This is the first time I've ever used a bench scraper. It arrived a week ago and has been in heavy use since then. I'm not sure why I waited so long. Because I have arthritis in my hands, I was concerned that it would be difficult to use. It's been a natural part of my hand since the beginning, and it's now part of my Christmas baking repertoire. It is extremely sturdy and does not give, so if you require that feature, you will need to purchase a different model. I thought the blade's inches were ridiculous, but I use it all day. Measure the correct distance between the racks, double-check the distance between the cookies, the size of the doughs, the depths of the doughs, and everything else. Someone obviously returned it and didn't bother to inspect it before returning it. br>br>It appears to have sharp edges and would otherwise be fine, but I can't bear the idea of using something that has been sitting in food for who knows how long.
There aren't any qualms about it. This is not a flimsy tool! If you're going to buy a tool for a job, I believe you should get the best one you can. The tool's in-inch measurements and conversions are useful. It doesn't have a blunt edge, so it cuts right through my pasta dough. It's something I'd buy again.
