OI ordered the OXO Good Grips Salad Chopper and Bowl because I was looking for exactly that. hardly any different from the Subway one, but it is practically the same bowl and chopper as on the Subway. As a part-time employee at Subway, my daughter has used the one there as well as the one at home, and she says the two are the same.
The blades are extremely close together, which is the main drawback of this chopper. Hard vegetables like broccoli will get caught between the blades if they're too large or large pieces. While the blades are sharp enough to chop hard vegetables and nuts, they tend to clog up quickly. It's actually not what I expected, as I wanted something similar to a chopper like those found in Subway however, I have yet to find a consumer chopper that produces the desired results.
