This Sofoo Meat Tenderizer Tool 56-Blades Stainless Steel can be used to tenderize beef, turkey, veal, chicken, pork, steaks, fish, poultry, etc. for a better BBQ, grill, or quick marinate for steak.

The razor is very sharp, but knowing how tough pork skin is, I would say with enough pressure, it can be adjusted to bite.

In total, you will do 3/4 of an inch, but if you do both sides you will do 1 1/2 of an inch. More you do it, the thinner the meat will get and the deeper you will be able to dig.

Is there a possibility of the Meat Tenderizer getting stuck in the meat and that it can take some muscle to remove it?

With most dishes I can rinse them off easily or use a dish brush briefly to scrub them. You should never put sharp edges in the dishwasher or let them soak in water if you want them to stay sharp.
