It is worth its weight in gold

It is one of my favorite mallets! I like its polished stainless finish. It is easy to clean and is hefty and solid. It has a long handle that will allow you to give it a good whack. With a medium hand size, the handle feels comfortable in my hand. There are 3/32-inch bumps on the textured surface No need to tear up the meat for this method.

They can be put in the dishwasher and are easy to use! I am in love with When making panko/bread crusted meats, using this helps them be more tender when cooked, and easier to cut and chew for you and your family
