Questions & Answers
From my perspective, I believe there are some important aspects to bear in mind. There are two issues that may make a quick injection difficult - size of the need and speed of injection The answer may not be that simple. Moreover, pay attention to how the animal will feel, in this case, his discomfort. The injections I gave to sheep were given to me. It took me between 1 and 2 seconds without much force to inject 1 to 5 cc using an 18 gauge needle and a dose of approximately 1 to 5 cc. The only thing I could have done faster is control - I probably could have done it faster if I had been in control. As well as controlling a syringe with the pistol grip, a long syringe can also be challenging. The first time I tried it, it took me some time to adjust. Here is what I hope will help.
Yes, I do! The dosage can be adjusted to 1,2,3,4 or 5 ml for each shot or dose
It is 18 gauge or 16 gauge that I use. Any needle will work, but I believe any size will work.

These come in different styles and makers, and I've seen quite a few of them. To my utmost satisfaction, I found this to be absolutely perfect. There are great tolerances and positive action in the metal grip and feed. Fit and design of the adjustable dose are excellent. It feels right while in use and makes it easy to use even with insulated gloves. All in all, this is a solid, well constructed and well designed unit with a large selection of material selections. It comes with an spare seal, which I considered a consumable.
I have 3 of these guns in my collection, one of which is five years old. I really like this gun, especially for the price compared to other vac guns I have. You've always been good to me, but I make sure to always clean I have the original rubber rings in all guns (which it comes with an extra one, so that's nice), but sometimes put a light coat of food-based sealant on them to keep them in place. When the rings are used or washed, apply a high-quality lube to the edges. I use these guns at least once per month, so I use them quite regularly. If you keep them clean and don't overtighten the plastic tube, you will get a long service out of them.
He says it works great on the cows at the farm, so I got it for him.
As part of my smoker usage the past few months, I have injected meat with medical grade steroids. A finer gauge needle works great for this application. As a result of the smaller holes, the liquid does not return to the holes.
Do not lose your O ring and make sure to keep it.
In order to repair wood joints, I use this syringe and needles with blunt tips to inject glue into the joints. The needles came out perfectly, and I didn't have to thin out the glue at all because they were slightly larger in diameter. It is even useful to use when doing dowel joints since I can use the needle to inject the glue and spread it around the sides of the holes to close up the joints. I like it a lot.
I had one made of plastic and it broke, so I ordered this one to replace it.
I was initially disappointed because the plunger just fell according to gravity, but later I realized that I could tighten it by turning the knob at the end for a few moments at a time in order for the gasket within the fill tube to expand. I am very happy with the result.
