Why is there a lid on this product but it isn't included?

There isn't a lid to be seen.

Is this a food-related item? polyethelene of a certain quality?

This looked like a medal to me. It's something I'd like to get back! It's not going to work for me. The lid is in the same situation!

It'll just fit, but you'll have to tip it up to get it under it.

The lids must be included! Have you ever gone to process a large game only to discover that the bowls or containers you're using are already in use for something else? br> Have you ever gone to grind meat and realized there aren't any large enough bowls, forcing you to do the "bowl shuffle"? "It's nice to be able to quarter game and have a container to put it in while you're working and keep it in the cooler with these tubs

These can also be used to brine or cook meat. I wish there were lids that would seal, but that is my only complaint about them. I'd give it a fifth star if the lids were included in the price.

A lack of quality control

My mold had deep voids where the plastic had been injected into the corners when I received it. One of the voids was almost completely filled. I returned the tub because I expected the voids to shorten its useful life; I'm hoping Lem's grinders are better than the tubs, or else I'll be kicking myself for not returning it sooner.

Spice stains don't seem to stick to it, and it appears to be quite durable. I'm going to get a few more to keep around the house.

It holds up to 50 lbs of meat, but I rarely fill them that high. It also comes with tote liners that make cleanup a breeze.

These meat lugs are fantastic! I needed some meat lugs to help me process meat

When butchering and processing meats, we usually use plastic totes or galvanized tubs. Despite the fact that these work, I was looking for something that would fit under the grinder more easily and move around more easily. These meat lugs were exactly what I was looking for. They're tough and have stood up to the test of time. I'm going to buy some more!.

It's extremely useful and long-lasting, but it's a little on the pricey side

For a variety of reasons, I ordered two of these. I needed a container to store meat in while butchering deer, as well as a container to store cuts of meat that I was putting into or taking out of my smoker. These are excellent for both and are likely to have a variety of other applications around the house. They appear to be well-made and long-lasting. LEM makes some fantastic products, and this is one of them - Although the price is a little high for just a plastic tub, I will not hesitate to purchase more if I need them.

Heavy-duty construction

Exactly as stated. Tubs are built to last. Ground meat, sausage, and jerky are all made with them. I can easily carry 50 in each. Cleaning is a breeze.
