This meat grinder is of excellent quality, and I am very pleased with it. I bought it because I wanted to process my own meat at home, and it's worked well with both beef and pork so far. I've made sausages, hamburger patties, and meatballs, among other things. br>I like that it came with a variety of attachments so that I can change the coarseness or size of the sausages. When you're finished with it, you'll need to disassemble it, which is fairly simple. Overall, this meat grinder is of good quality, easy to put together, and operate. clean. The only drawback is that it is quite loud, but I suppose that is to be expected.
It's not the product's fault; I don't believe you have a say in the grinder's design when you ask it to do its job. I hope you understood what I was trying to say. In any case, you must be very careful to clean out all of the old meat so that it does not end up in the next batch of raw meat.
Although it appears that the majority of the parts are made of light aluminum rather than stainless steel, I've seen similar complaints about $200 electric meat grinders. br>Thus far, everything has gone well. I put the chicken breasts in the freezer for a few minutes before cutting and grinding them. br>It was a success.
It's a great deal for the money.
It's quite effective.
Sausage Stuffer with 2 Grinding Plates, Easy Family Recipe for Beef, Pork, and Lamb The three types of meat I needed to grind for Italian Meatballs were already in my freezer! When I got the grinder set up and ready to go, the UPS guy was probably still in his truck. I have the hands of a Crone, convinced that I will never be able to make three meatballs. The Electric Meat Grinder appeared on the scene. YAH! The grind quality, the speed, and the mixing are all things I adore. It's also very easy to clean. Many more meatball subs are available!.
While I received this grinder for free as part of the Vine program, I believe the listed price of $49. 00 is too high. This tool deserves a score of 99. I was able to put this grinder together and process 26 pounds of meat into sausage in a matter of hours as a complete novice. br>br>The included cutting blades and sausage stuffer attachment round out this kit nicely. I discovered that using all three stages (course grind, fine grind, and sausage stuffing) resulted in perfectly dense sausage. I'm overjoyed with the outcome!br>br>My only criticism is that it's a LOUD machine. I don't have enough experience with grinders to make a comparison, but the screeching this thing makes makes me nervous. Despite the background noise, I had no problems processing my data. The initial run-through- I was afraid that the partially frozen bits in the cubed meats would end the process before I'd even started, but the grinder seemed to handle them with ease. However, I will be more diligent in thawing my meats for the next use because I believe that if it is properly maintained and not overworked, this grinder will last a long time.
Everything is well-made, and the motor is extremely powerful! It is not at all a struggle! Almost all of the meat was ground; I let it run for a few minutes after feeding it in to make sure it got it all; it did an excellent job; there was very little meat left in the tubes. The meat is pushed down into the grinding chute by a plunger, and the cord is hidden in the bottom for easy storage. This grinder is one of my favorites. It's great for the home kitchen because you can use it to process wild meat from hunts or make amazing coarse meatballs like I did! br>br>Depending on the size you want to grind, the grinder has a coarse and finer plate. br>br>For the money, I don't think you'll find a better grinder; it's well-made, works well, and is a true bargain. I'm so glad I took the risk!.
