This utensil was left in a bowl after the arm on the one I burned stuck to my pan. Usually, I keep these until they break, but I found this one after the arm on the one I burned. It's a good product and I'm happy I bought As it is lightweight, I use it for all tasks that involve straining. I am pleased with my purchase.

Works like a charm. Though I was a bit hesitant, it works very well in the applications I've tested.
At the moment, I am not sure of the heat rating, but it is doing great.
