I used to use a conventional small spatula to turn my fish and other items before I got this product. I found that they were very wide and sometimes broke because they were much wider that my old spatulas. With the Newness Spatula, it is easy to pick them up even when they stick to the pan, as you can get under the whole thing at once and I pick them up without breaking. The thing works perfectly for me and I love it as one of my go-to kitchen tools.
