Questions & Answers

What kind of wine bottle will this work with?

It's possible that in some cases you can keep a bottle closed so wine does not leak out, but you will end up spoiling your wine. A vacuum pump removes the air from the bottle because oxygen spoils the wine. However, if you pump with sparkling wine, the CO2 will be released, which will push on the stopper, so no matter how much you pump, you'll just loosen up the bubbles. The stopper on the bottle clamps to prevent it from being pushed out by bubbles. The CO2 accumulating pushing out from the stack prevents oxygen from getting in, so you do not need to vacuum it out.

This is an excellent purchase
5/5

There was no doubt that this would pop loud and clear every time!! You should never ever be without this when it comes to champagne. This is so impressive that when I gift it with a bottle of champagne, it will go with it. Buying this was a good choice.

The bottle of Preseco can be preserved for a long time with this product
5/5

My order for 4 of these has now been placed. This is a great product. All you need to do is a little bit of experimenting to make sure you use it It is best to place the small hooks with the sides of the bottle slightly open at first, then place on the top. By pressing your palm down on the top of the stopper, you will be able to remove the Press down on the top of the cork, then click the "hooks" into place, release the cork There will be a slight upward movement when the top is sealed, but you shouldn't feel it as it has formed a good seal. can be stored in the refrigerator without losing carbonation for days at a time.

It is a precious item
5/5

This is a very entertaining story. This stopper is for you. This is an absolutely precious gift. Stylish and easy to use. It looks great with my other wine/tabletop accessories. It is an amazing product, which I use to seal champagne and sparkling wine. Once you start using it, you are able to sense its quality and details. This is unlike anything else I have bought in the past. It is a simple application that does its job well- The bubbles do not deflate and can be enjoyed for a few days with no problem. This is really.

Not at all! Definitely not a good thing
3/5

I do not find it to be very easy to use, I always have to pop the door back open when I go to the fridge. I haven't tried it on my skin yet, but the sharp edges bother me when I try to push down the top as I close the handle. It is neither a purchase I would make nor a recommendation I would make. There are a lot of better ones available. It was just the color of this one that appealed to me.

I am disappointed by this Cork from China is average for its size
3/5

The cork I received was a pass-fail yellow Chinese Champagne cork despite all that hubbub about being made in France and undergoing the 13 lb pressure test. I don't think it makes a perfect seal so it isn't rated for 3 lb if pressure according to the box. Corks like this can be found at the local dollar store, except this is.

Bubbles stay on the bottle and the bubbles last a long time! The stopper is so cool! I love it! There was one that you could turn too far and the stopper would just fall off if you walked around with it
5/5

It has two levers attached to its top to hold it onto the bottle's lip. To help unlatch the levers, I suggest that you hold the cap of the bottle while walking around with it holding it while you unlatch the stopper. You'll lose it once it flies off if you don't You can only do that if you are carrying the bottle around with you.

This is a form and function combo! You can use it to extend the life of leftover Champagne and enhance its taste
5/5

The best way for me to manage my alcohol consumption is to drink one glass of bubbly occasionally, but I don't want to consume the whole bottle all at once. Since there was no way for me to store champagne, I passed on With champagne now available at any time, I can enjoy it whenever I like. The next day I had more, and it was just right!.

This one's for you if you like fizz! It is not uncommon to have a partial bottle of fizz if you like a bit of bubbly
5/5

The past few times I've carried it around, I had either to drink it down or put it in the fridge and throw it away later on. Nevertheless, it's not the same anymore! As you can see, I tested my fizz keeper in the following way. My Cava got a good chill over the weekend after I bought it on sale. As soon as I popped the cork, I poured the wine into a glass, attached the cork keeper, and put the bottle into Having removed the keeper, I heard the satisfying pop of the keeper falling from the spool. In my next glass, I poured more wine, attached the keeper again, then returned the bottle to the refrigerator. As far as appearance was concerned, the second glass was identical to the first. It was as good as the first sip! I waited a week to open the bottle again after the last sip! It's rare I let my bubbly warm up, so I didn't notice the difference. Once again, an agreeable popping sound signaled the removal of the keeper. For this round, I was successful in killing the bottle. Taking two glasses from the same bottle, the second glass probably was a bit flatter than if I had two glasses from a fresh bottle, but that is a minor thing. Both of these last glasses were extremely The best way to chill a carbonated beverage is to chill it first! It is best to allow a bottle of wine to sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours before opening it. Carbon Dioxide, the fizz component, is far more soluble in cold wine than in warm wine. If you want to keep the quality of the keeper, use it right away and promptly put it back in the fridge when it has been opened. Good quality is apparent in the product. In the meanwhile, I hope to get some use out of it. Those who touch the bottle are in contact with a soft plastic material which can be cleaned. It should be possible to bend the metal, as the parts are made from thick gauge metal. It was a great value, in my opinion.
