Could you use this to seal 22 ounce beer bottles?
Although I'm not sure how a 22-oz bottle of beer compares to a Champaign bottle, I know that this stopper and saver works well both with corked and screw-off bottles. Around the neck of the bottle, it appears to hook on to ridges.
Cleaning this is not an easy task. The other two brands outside of this one we have become moldy and cannot be cleaned?
There is no way to disassemble this product. It can be washed in the dishwasher. Having the bottle stopper clean is as simple as rinsing it with cold water, blotting it off with a rag, and drying it by air drying. For your own health, please dry it out in the sunlight if you feel unclean.
once had a bottle stopper that would grip even when the bottle was flipped upside down. These days I don't have this type of stopper. Is it possible to put the bottle on its side with this one?
The best thing to do is to stand the bottle upright. I do not recommend you to place the bottle on its side. Because there will be no leak, I assure you.

This stopper is great for sparkling wines and champagne
I use it for sparkling wine bottles, and it does a great job of holding air in the bubbles. If you re-enter a password, you could lose your password As you open the bottle, you need to hold it at the top so that the stopper does not fly out. The two-star rating? What makes it so? Make sure the bubbles stay in place
There's no doubt that this product is I especially like the fact that it is very inexpensive and super easy to use. Effortlessly cleans and stores, there is nothing more to say than it is awesome and Around our house, we drink quite a bit of sparkling cider wines and Champagnes. My mom gave me the spoon in the Saran Wrap trick to keep the bubbles in, and it worked, but I could only drink it for one day. It works great for keeping champagne sparkling and fresh for days after opening. I even had a bottle up to a week after opening it.

In three weeks, it will be smashed into pieces
It is a terrible product. Despite the fact that it is easy to use, two of the three sealers literally burst open on their own while sitting atop champagne bottles in the refrigerator within 6 weeks. They have not been able to be put My favorite brand was one I had for over a decade that had no problems except that the seal eventually dried out and would not function. That was the only product I bought from that manufacturer, and I would never buy another from them.

A NO NO NO NO NO NO to that! Over the years, I have owned other stoppers sturdy enough to last me a long time
Moreover, they continued to hold bubbles for a You are not going to get anything out of this. No seal is applied to the bottle. Even worse, metal is very sharp and can cause a lot of damage to The next thing I have to do is find another of top This is junk that you don't need to order.

It is the best stopper I've ever used for champagne
It does seal properly, but there are two major issues. With the longer neck and the soft vinyl or silicone white seal, you can leave the bottle in the fridge overnight and its pressure will remain as if it were just opened. My favorite aspect of the seal is the spring action, which gets the seal neck down into the bottle and keeps it tight against it. A RECENT UPDATE My enthusiasm for this stopper remains unchanged even after being used for 10 months. I believe it seals pressurized bottles of champagne more effectively than its competitors. In addition, I use it a lot for wine (which I consume a lot of The variety has been removed). It was a successful period, even though there were some initial setbacks. As much as I can, I do not abuse the stopper and rock it gently if necessary. In addition, I am using the stopper I did not file the edges of (see review below) and I am taking care not to damage the stopper. Although I purchased the product several months ago, I am not sure if the manufacturer has changed Cleaning the stopper with a damp cloth is the only method recommended, as the circlip and spring in the back will rust in spite of the stainless steel body of the unit. Please see issue #1 below. The edges on these machines and tools are very sharp and must be handled carefully due to their danger. You can fix this by filing all the edges with a small metal file (and I mean ALL the edges you It is something that I have done on two of the three stoppers and I'd really prefer if it was done during manufacture. There is a lot of work involved in filing. The issue #2 is I have read other posts and it seems to fall apart pretty In fact, it does, and the circlip in pic1 which sits in a groove on the body appears to be the culprit. The circlip is designed to keep the seal and spring from slipping out, but they can still remove it once they get inside. Although this circlip is ductile (normally round but not straight), rocking the unit while uncorking it can cause it to pop deep into the groove, bend it, resulting in the black plastic disk over which the white seal is mounted to move, as shown in image 3. It was difficult to see the close tolerance in pic2 due to the close cropping. In pic#4, the black disk is fully contained under the circlip (as it should). It is possible to fix the stopper if it comes apart, but the event will continue to happen. There is a need for a smaller inner I on the circlip. This needs to be corrected. The unit does not meet my recommendations due to those two issues. The circlip needs to be revised and the edges of the unit are to be sanded down. This would be a That's fine by me (I'll continue to use my own).

The seal is excellent
On weekends, I use it for resealing bottles of champagne that I make mimosas from. The screw-top fits nicely inside the champagne bottle and provides a secure seal that prevents water from escaping. One of these I put 5 liter) of champagne and laid it on its side in my refrigerator for a week. No leakage of any kind. A fair warning is given Putting a little pressure on these hold the carbonation in, but, when you release it, it releases in a similar way to the first time you remove a cork When it happened for the first time, I was unprepared and it flies away. The overall performance is just as I had anticipated.

This product works perfectly, but the sharp and rough edges will cut you if you get too close! I like the design, but the finish on the edges is a little rough and will cut your finger if you are not careful as it did to a guest of mine
It is possible to make better choices.

This keeps your bubbly fresh
A bubbly drink. It's been a long time since I've done anything like this In the past, I've used Vacu Vin stoppers to keep red and white wines in good condition the next day, so when I found out that nothing could keep my Prosecco sparkling, I thought it was sad. When I looked at various products on the market, I picked this one because it seemed to be a simple, elegant design at a reasonable price. A few reviewers had mentioned the metal being a bit thin so I was worried that it might prove too cheap to function properly. It was nothing to be concerned about. In addition to its simple design and practicality, the construction is solid and capable of handling the task. My favorite part of the stopper is that it's satisfying to hear a satisfying "pop!" when I release it the day after I open it for the first time. In my case, it tells me that the seal is still intact as my sparkling wine is still sparkling away in the bottle, just as it was when I first opened it.
